Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5004 is to be kept in a 5m by 5m by 5m titanium box filled completely with liquid argon to prevent SCP-5004 to go into its active state. With no circumstances should SCP-5004 be supplied with electricity. If exposed to electrical current, SCP-5004 is to be gunned down with 7.5mm bullets or larger at its electron generator located at its chest cavity.
If gunning procedure fails to terminate SCP-5004, the entire facility is to be sprayed with fast drying paint to avoid SCP-5004 from using its camouflage ability. Should SCP-5004 come into contact with a telephone pole or other equipment with electrical currents, any means of weaponry is to be used to stop it from coming into physical contact with it.
Description: SCP-5004 is an advanced humanoid cyborg equipped with an electron generator with unknown origin. The humanoid suit has a smooth purple mask with an image that resembles a triangle shape and a dot in the center. The cyborg carries a large black rod of unknown material that has a δ- symbol on one side, and a δ+ symbol on the other. This rod is to be called SCP-5004-1
When outside containment, SCP-5004 can activate a cloaking device installed in its system, making its exo-suit completely invisible. The item SCP-5004-1 has a tendency to jam any radio or infrared wave communication systems by just being held by SCP-5004. This jam will stop to location so that it is untrackable by satellite.
The rod that Scp-5004 carries has abnormal absorption properties, able to absorb any form of energy whether that be kinetic, electrical, light, and convert it into another form of energy. If a human is spotted in its field of vision it will proceed to go into its active state. During the active state, Scp-5004 drains electrical energy stored in SCP-5004-1 and focusses its energy to recharge its battery life, once this process is complete it will charge towards the nearest human and strike it with SCP-5004-1.
When something comes into contact with SCP-5004-1, all electrons in the said object will be stripped entirely of its electrons. The person will then typically die from ionization of their body mass. This process will repeat when SCP-5004 finds another human being.
It should be noted that SCP-5004 will only target humans and will disregard any other life form unless said life form is aggressive towards it. It should also be noted that there is no recorded maximum amount of energy that SCP-5004-1 can absorb, with the most energy recorded being an entire 48-hour downtime of the Main power grid of all of North America, and all that energy was stored safely inside SCP-5004-1.
Addendum: SCP-5004 has a tendency to react with electrons floating in the air, even without the use of SCP-5004-1. This results in a danger to the facility if it ever manages to reach its active state while inside containment. This is the reasoning of why SCP-5004's containment chamber is filled with a noble gas, Argon so that it prevents electrons from entering its generator.
