Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5062-1 to SCP-5062-573 is to be stored in a wooden box, surrounded by a 1 cm thick layer of pure lead. The box has a combination lock that only Level 4 personnel know the combination to. If any one person that is not Level 4 personnel finds out the combination, they are to be immediately terminated. Only Level 4 personnel are allowed access to the beans. When accessed, Level 4 personnel must wear 3 layers of 1 mm thick latex gloves, or death is fate. After handling, Level 4 personnel must wash their hands with undiluted vinegar and extremely concentrated soap for at least two (2) minutes.

Description: SCP-5062-1 to SCP-5062-573 is a very specific type of coffee bean that, when improperly handled, will release spines that release an extremely potent neurotoxin that kills within minutes of being improperly handled. The species of bean was discovered on 16/06/19[REDACTED]. The species was discovered by Dr. Van [REDACTED].

The beans are to be stored in an airtight container, completely devoid of moisture and air. If not stored properly, SCP-5062-1 to SCP-5062-573 may spontaneously explode, and shoot razor sharp spines filled with the neurotoxin. Anyone within approximately 7.29 meters of the improperly sealed box will be hit with these spines, razor sharp splinters of wood and chunks of flying lead.

Any Level 4 personnel that attempts to make coffee with the beans will notice an oily substance on top of the coffee.
