Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5064 is currently contained in a Restrictive Humanoid Containment Chamber. The original SCP-5064 instance is not to be allowed any access to the internet at any point. Only researchers with memetic inoculation levels A7 and above may interact with SCP-5064. If a containment breach does occur, any new SCP-5064 instances (referred to as SCP-5064-1) are to be neutralized using Berryman-Langford Memetic Kill Agents.
Description: SCP-5064 is a humanoid entity that has an approximate height of 1.9 meters and an approximate weight of 86 kilograms. SCP-5064 superficially resembles a 25 year old male. However, SCP-5064 is entirely constructed of individual heads of conservative media host Charles Kirk. SCP-5064 has been demonstrated to be intelligent, with a measured IQ of 110. SCP-5064 appears unable or unwilling to communicate with researchers attempting to interview SCP-5064, despite being capable of speech. SCP-5064 has only been observed to vocalize when it is actively in it's attack process. SCP-5064 demonstrates marked aggression towards anyone or anything that enters its chambers or attempts to interact with it, with anyone not resistant to it's anomalous affects quickly becoming SCP-5064-1 instances. SCP-5064's attack process follows a distinct 4 part pattern:
• SCP-5064 freezes and begins to emit a high pitched screeching noise. Test subjects exposed to this stage of SCP-5064's attack process begin bleeding from the eyes, nose, mouth, and other orifices within 2-5 seconds of exposure. The effects of exposure are reversible at this stage via removal of the subject from the vicinity of SCP-5064. If the subject is removed, SCP-5064 will revert to its calm state.
• The various "faces" that compose SCP-5064 begin to sway from side to side, distorting in a manner that has been described as "highly disturbing". All effects that occur from SCP-5064 exposure are not reversible after this point. Test subjects at this point complain of severe head and body aches at this point. Core temperatures have been measured to increase by over 5°C at this point.
• SCP-5064 will vocalize the words "You can't stop me now, Liberal" in an extremely loud voice that has been described as "Extremely Gravelly". At this stage, exposed test subjects are observed to undergo dramatic cellular structural changes. Postmortem analysis of these new SCP-5064-1 instances reveal that internal organs are missing entirely, with the bones and skin replaced with the same heads of the original SCP-5064 instance.
• SCP-5064 reverts to its original calm state.
Addendum: Further research has discovered that SCP-5064's effects can be transmitted over the internet. Unfortunately, by the time that this was discovered, around 300 SCP-5064-1 instances were recorded. The origin of this "outbreak" has been attributed to a Reddit post on r/██████████████. Through a coordinated effort of the Foundation and Reddit personnel, these instances have been neutralized through Berryman-Langford Memetic Kill Agents. Internet Records indicate that the image was posted before SCP-5064 was contained. Despite SCP-5064 already not allowed access to the internet, it is now a priority that internet access is not made available in any form to SCP-5064. The image that caused the initial outbreak of the SCP-5064-1 instances is available below.
