SCP-4091
Item #: scp- 4091
Object class: Euclid
Special containment proceadures:
item Scp-4091 is to be kept in a locked 7m x 7m x 7m vacuum sealed containment chamber lined with lead on each wall. Scp 4091s cell should have 4 guards stationed around it at each corner and 2 either side of its containment enterance. only personel with a security clearence of 3 or more are permitted to enter its chamber. due to effects caused by scp 4091, scp 4091s chamber is to be filled with air and 3 d-class personel are to clean its chambers once every week. The d-class personell are to be equiped with hazmat suits and are not permitted to gain any physical contact with scp 4091 unless ordered to by a superior. Any traces of Scp-4091-1 are to be transported to site-██ immediately and re-contained within scp-4091s cell. Any objects submerged within scp-4091-1 are to be labeled scp-4091-3
Description: scp-4091 is a 25cm x 7cm cylindrical object reassembling an insulating coffee mug weighing roughly 282g. Scp-4091 appears to be made out of a toughened rubber shell surrounding the outside of the object and a steel cylindrical casing within the liquid-storing part of the cup labeled scp-4091-2. Scp-4091 contains a viscous liquid labelled scp-4091-1. Multiple tests involving the submersion of objects in scp-4091-1 for longer than 30 minutes have proved a trend in the results. Metallic objects such as steel balls have been observed to be softened into a malleable putty-like substance. Upon further submersion, the object seemed to turn into a substance similar to fine sand. Scp-4091-1 seems to have no effect on Organic objects such as wooden sticks and plants as all organic scp-4091-3s have been shown to have no visible change. The Molecular structure of organic scp-4091-3s appear to have no change whatsoever. The metal casing inside of scp-4091, labeled scp-4091-2, seems to be of no recognisable material and molecular analysis of scp-4091-2 have proven insufficient to any material known to science. A test involving scp-4091-1 being separated from scp-4091-2 resulted in the physical mass of scp-4091-1 to increase at an observed rate of 45ml per second. Scp-4091-1s mass was found to decrease quickly once placed back inside of scp-4091.
Addendum 5/14: Dr.███ test log
Input: 50g cube of silver for 30 minutes
Result: Scp-4091-1 seemed to react with the silver causing H20 to rise from scp-4091. The silver cube, previously weighing 50g, was turned into a 23.5g mass of sand-like material which seemed to crumble easily.
Input: 5g dowel of birch wood for 1 hour
Result: no physical/visible change in mass. Upon further inspection the dowel had no change.
Input: [DATA EXPUNGED]
Results: the object seemed to [REDACTED] at a fast rate causing [DATA EXPUNGED]
Input: 10ml of water
Result: water being poured into scp-4091-1 resulted in [REDACTED] and the loss of Dr.███s life.
Document scp-4091-A:
Due to the recent loss of Dr.███s life, the O5 council have decided that any liquid based testing on scp-4091, scp-4091-1, scp-4091-2 and scp-4091-3 are to stopped effective immediately. Any personnel caught doing liquid based testing on scp-4091 are to be arrested. Punishment shall be decided by the O5 council once perpetrator(s) are found.
The following interview was conducted with O5 member █████ and Dr.███████.

Interviewer: O5 █████ (A)
Interviewee: dr.███████ (B)
[BEGIN LOG]
A: good evening sir. I see you have been conducting tests involving scp-4091. I'm particularly interested in the test where to placed a centilitre of scp-4091-1 in scp-914.
B: good evening to you as well. In this particular test I placed a bit of that liquid inside of 914 on each different setting. On the rough setting the obj-
A: I am aware of the results doctor. I am interested in assigning you with another test. I would like you to test the output of the liquid twice on the same and then different settings of 914.
B: sir I'm not sure if that is very safe to proceed with as I'm sure you are aware that some of the outputs of the liquid were extremely acidic and unsafe. I'm going to have to ask you to either get another doctor to proceed with these tests or do not do them at all.
A: I will talk to the council about this. You may leave.
[END LOG]

Note: the tests mentioned in the interview are still in discussion of the O5 council and have not been done to this date.
Note scp-4091-1 seems to form around the containment cell overtime.
