SCP-xxxx is a Caucasian female approximately 45 years old, stands at 5 ft 10 in, weighing [DATA
EXPUNGED]. Due to SCP-xxxx's mimetic effect, she has become a highly beloved political figure among [REDACTED], a political group in Ontario, Canada.
SCP-xxxx's smile has a mimetic effect by which she is able to force a person (Who is thereby designated as SCP-xxxx-1) into a state of politeness, often resulting in the victim complying with SCP-xxxx's suggestions. This effect has been observed by foundation staff through security camera footage of Incident xxxx-1 (See Incident Report xxxx-1) in which SCP-xxxx was allowed access to [DATA EXPUNGED] by security personnel. Testing has also revealed the effect can force unruly creatures into obedience.
Special Containment Procedures:
Due to SCP-xxxx's high political status, full containment is extremely difficult. Routine interviews have been established as well as strict surveillance of the afflicted city's transport systems. All recordings of political campaigns, advertisements, and photos of SCP-xxxx are to be edited or destroyed to prevent further afflictions of unsupervised civilians.
Interviews are to be recorded in audio format ONLY, during which SCP-xxxx must wear a privacy mask to prevent the interviewer from seeing her mouth (See Interview Log xxxx-a). Level 2 personnel and above are authorized to conduct interviews. Should the interviewer become afflicted at any time during the interview, SCP-xxxx is to be escorted from the room by armed security personnel and the afflicted personnel administered Type-B Amnesiacs.
SCP-xxxx's home is to be placed under 24-hour surveillance. Under no circumstances should any unauthorized civilians enter SCP-xxxx's house, regardless of business or familial affiliation. Should any unauthorized civilians or personnel enter the building, they are to be immediately apprehended and taken into foundation custody under the guise of arrest for breaking and entering.
Addendum xxxx-1:
SCP-xxxx's movements are to be monitored via an ankle attached tracker. Should SCP-xxxx attempt to leave or roam the city unsupervised, she is to be immediately apprehended and escorted back to her home. Anyone assisting in an attempted escape is to be terminated.
Incident Report xxxx-1
Note: SCP-xxxx was unauthorized to be within the Foundation building during the time this incident occurred. Before this event, the anomalous properties of SCP-xxxx had not been identified.
Surveillance camera feed shows SCP-xxxx being granted unauthorized access to [DATA EXPUNGED] by on site security personnel. After briefly conversing with the front desk attendant, SCP-xxxx acquires an access card and enters the site without issue. Upon coming into contact with SCP research staff in the hallway, the following conversation occurs.
SCP-xxxx: "Ah, there you are! Would you be a dear and direct me to the facility head please?
Researcher: "Uh, I'm sorry Ma'am but I have no idea who you are nor how you managed to get in here. I'm going to have-"
At this moment, SCP-xxxx flashes a polite smile at the Researcher, prompting a strange shift in behavior and tone.
Researcher: "-to..uh..I..should probably at least check if he has any..appointments. Right this way, ma'am, he should be in his office!"
The researcher leads SCP-xxxx into unauthorized areas of the facility. It is suspected that SCP-xxxx used its anomalous properties to prevent intervention by security personnel. The head researcher was not in his office at the time of the incident.
In this next section, the first instance of SCP-xxxx-1 was detained and observed for research into the consequences of exposure. Dr. Goose has since returned to his research team in good spirits.
Interview Log xxxx-a. Interviewer: Dr. Myles Goose
Dr.Goose: "This is Interview A with SCP-xxxx. Interviewer is Dr. Myles Goose. SCP-xxxx, I am going to ask you a series of questions. I need you to answer them to the best of your ability."
SCP-xxxx: " Of Course, Doctor. Although I must say, rather dismal in here. Perhaps a few plants would spruce the place up, wouldn't you agree doctor?"
SCP-xxxx then smiles at Dr. Goose, causing a shift in behavior.
Dr.Goose: "Per..Perhaps it would. Thank you for the suggestion SCP-xxxx, we will take it into consideration."
SCP-xxxx: "Please, call me [DATA EXPUNGED] my dear. Now, about your questions, what did you want to know?"
Dr.Goose: "Oh, yes, right. Where was I? I believe we were talking about…Plants. Yes that's it. What kind of plants would work in a room like this?"
//During the next several minutes, Dr.Goose is unable to shake SCP-xxxx's effect and is unable to stabilize the interview. After around 5 minutes, Foundation personnel remove SCP-xxxx from the room and secure Dr.Goose, who was designated as SCP-xxxx-1 from then on. //
Over the next few days, Dr.Goose was detained and observed to research the affects of prolonged exposure of SCP-xxxx. After the third day under observation, Dr.Goose began to return to normal. During his time in detainment, Dr.Goose persistently requested plants of various kinds to "See which one matches the walls the best."
