Description: SCP-XXXX was the entity known as O5-4, serving on the Overseer Council from 1932 to 2020. SCP-XXXX took the appearance of having black hair, brown eyes, and most notably wearing a blue brown-checkered scarf.

SCP-XXXX has an anomalous property, that being the ability to cross vast distances within a short amount of time. SCP-XXXX has had a good relationship with most anomalous GOI's, often acting as a liaison from the Foundation for diplomatic purposes.

SCP-XXXX-2 was the object known as the "God-Engine". SCP-XXXX-2 was the product of an attempt to recreate SCP-2000, and was subsequently stolen by the Chaos Insurgency in 1986. SCP-XXXX-2 was able to repopulate the world after an XK-Class scenario. After the events of Incident-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX-2 is presumed neutralized.

Below is an audio excerpt found on SCP-XXXX's personal computer, dated 1985, and detailing his attempt to enlist the help of The Serpent's Hand operative in order to steal SCP-XXXX-2.

Unknown: I do not work well with others-
O5-4: Well, you have to. This is your one and only oppertunity to take down the Foundation and you're passing it down because you have some kind of fucking social anxiety? I contacted you because I heard you were the best. I guess I was wrong.
Unknown: Wait- No, I'll join. I'll help you.
O5-4: Good. We're meeting at the Library tomorrow, at three o' clock. Make sure to be there.
