Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX must be contained within a 1 foot tall chromium cylinder with 1 inch thick walls and a diameter of 3 inches. This container must be completely sealed by any means necessary, and should not be opened. This container must be stored within a 5ft by 5ft by 5ft chamber, lined with a combination of salt and silicon powder. Nobody should enter this room, and if a breach occurs, the surrounding area must be firebombed repeatedly. The container itself must be suspended in the centre of the room by chromium wires, and the chamber itself must also be built from chromium. No water, organic material, or moisture should enter this room. If somebody must enter, and there is no possible way to make them not enter, they must be disposed of without hesitation. Any instance of SCP-XXXX-A must be killed then the body cremated.
Under no circumstances should SCP-XXXX be placed within 5km of SCP-109.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is compromised completely of water. SCP-XXXX has been tested many times, but no other molecules or biological components have been found within SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX appears like regular water, and the anomalous effects can spread to any other molecule of water (H2O).
SCP-XXXX acts exactly the same as regular water, flowing downhill, filling containers, and other properties of water. SCP-XXXX has no colour, but if any type of dye is added to SCP-XXXX, the appropriate change in colour will happen.
If a living biological organism comes in contact with SCP-XXXX, the organism shall be now classified as SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX-A appears to have no other desire than to infect others by touch - spreading SCP-XXXX to that person. SCP-XXXX-A appears to constantly be dripping water (this water is infected with SCP-XXXX) and seems to be always damp.

Breach in Site ██ at 02:37, caused by SCP-████. SCP-XXXX was unable to be found within the site, and so the site was firebombed.

Another instance of SCP-XXXX was found in [REDACTED], 45ml of SCP-XXXX was successfully contained within a sealed container and brought to Site ██. [REDACTED] was then firebombed to prevent any other remaining instances of SCP-XXXX from surviving.

Interviewer and Interviewee were separated by a bulletproof glass pane and concrete walls coated in chromium. Microphones and Speakers were directly connected to one another between the chambers.

[Sounds of static are heard, then tape fails.]
Water begins to drip from the speakers on the Dr's side of the glass, the water spills over the desk and lands on the Dr's leg before they can react. The two chambers were then filled with ethylene and ignited.
