SCP-5670
Object class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5670 is to be kept in a Standard Type-76B aircraft hangar in Site ███. The nature of the object claims higher security level than other object in the Safe class. The Site and the object guarded by one platoon of No.1004 "Antares" Guard Company.
In every month the state of the object, with the priority of SCP-5670-1, must be checked, and if needed, maintenance must be held.
Tests can be held during every flight time with a crew of four or above. The anomalious effect of SCP-5670 will conduct only during flights into storms with value 7 or above on the Beaufort wind force scale.
The tester must have Clearance 3 or above, the crew can be D-class personel.
Description: SCP-5670 is a currently unnamed modification of an RMI-5 X/U four-engined prototype military cargo and passenger aircraft from the Second World War. SCP-5670 painted in WW2 standard olive-green, bears large white cross insignias on wings, fuselage and tail fin, serial number TH-400067 on the tail fin and identification number T.419 on the fuselage.
The differences between the original aircraft (which was destroyed during the Allied bombings of Budapest)and SCP-5670 are the next:
- SCP-5670's engines were changed to an unknown type of turboprop engine, which seems to be a derivate of the Jendrassik Cs-1; also the propellers were changed to contra-rotating four-bladed ones,
- SCP-5670 has four 20 mm's heavy machine guns of an unknown type (maybe derivated from the prototype of Pál Király): one in the nose, one-one in the fuselages two side, behind the wings and one on the top of the fuselage in a rotatable turret,
- there are no seats in the passenger area (we suggest that it was used as a cargo plane before the Foundation seized)
- SCP-5670-1 placed in the cockpit. It is a device that can "alter time and space" during flight, and makes the aircraft into a flying "dimension-changer machine". Actually, SCP-5670 can travel into different timelines with the use of this device. During these "travels", fuel will not run out, and flight is only limited by the durability of the crew. SCP-5670-1 works only when the wind speed is over 50 km/h (31 mi/h).
During the travels, SCP-5670 loses its normal flight attributions and can controlled as a helicopter. When landed, crew and testers can freely roam around, but has to return in 168 hours, or the craft will return to the take-off place in the normal timeline without them.
Every lifeform, even ferrocious carnivores in the other timeline will behaviour friendly and obedient to the crew and the testers of SCP-5670 and will follow them to the aircraft, where they take place in the cargo hold.
They can be transported back to our timeline, and their behaviour will not change. However, they will only obey to only those person who was on board during the flight. That's why SCP-5670 needs high security level.
Addendum: SCP-5670 was seized by
Test 5670-1
Test subjects: D-10230 (pilot), D-10451 (co-pilot), D-10408 (navigator) and D-10376 (operator of SCP-5670-1).
Testers: Agent Bornow and Dr. Keller
Foreword: Dr. Keller, recording. First test of SCP-5670 and SCP-5670-1. Wind speed is 35 km/h currently, but it can be stronger during the flight. Planned test time is 2,5 hours.
