Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be contained in air tight, atleast two (2) m³, box, preferably made of glass.
No personnel is allowed to answer SCP-XXXX's questions.
Any tests done on SCP-XXXX must be done in hermetically sealed room preferably made of glass.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a gas like creature depicting a young woman, some personnel say it looks like a spirit.
When alone SCP-XXXX seems docile, but when in contact with human it starts asking questions like "is xxxx (referring to location) ready/complete/done?" If the person answers with "No" SCP-XXXX tries to go away but since it's glass cage, it focuses it's attention onto the next available person and continues with the same question.
If the answer is "yes" next day person who answered dies, and day after that location mentioned in question gets destroyed one way or another.

Addendum:
Following logs are of Dr. ███, second researcher of SCP-XXXX

Log nr. SCP-XXXX/a1
SCP-XXXX first found in ruins of ████ city, at the day of city's mysterious destruction.
Transported to Site-██ and reaserched by Dr.████.

On the third day Site-██ collapsed in what was described as a earthquake, but region that Site-██ was located on has no historical records of earthquakes this size. Also it seems that this earthquake was focused only on Site-██
I speculate that this might because of SCP-XXXX.

Upon arrival at ex Site-██, SCP-XXXX was discovered floating above ruins.
It's capture was not as hard as it would seem.
Capture, retrieval and relocation of other SCP's went successful.

It was decided to transfer SCP-XXXX to remote Site consisting of only D class personnel and no other SCP's while i will be monitoring SCP-XXXX and tests from offsite facility.

Log nr. SCP-XXXX/b1

Four hours after arrival to Site, subject SCP-XXXX finally said something different than it's previous lines.
D-17892 answered to SCP-XXXX question with "Yes, God dammit, yes. This facility is complete, now start speaking something else, I'm sick of hearing the same shit from you."
SCP-XXXX response made me little uneasy: "What's complete should move on and free space for next thing."
After the response SCP-XXXX become docile even with human presence.

All tests and experiments stopped until further notice.

END OF LOG

Log nr. SCP-XXXX/b2

Twenty-eight hours after SCP-XXXX arrival on site, D-17892 was found dead in one of communal restroom stalls.
Autopsy began only three hours after discovery. ( Aperantly none of D class personnel wanted to move or even touch D-17892's body, because of the beforehand mentioned location of his death.)
After autopsy we could not determine the cause of death, either becouse it was impossible or simply by incompetence of D class personnel.

END OF LOG

Log nr. SCP-XXXX/b3

Fifty-two hours after SCP-XXXX arrival on site, communication and visual feed to site was lost.

SCP retreaval team arrived thirty minutes after communication loss.

Site was destroyed.

Recapture of SCP-XXXX was as successful as before.

No D class personnel was found alive on site.

Relocation of SCP-XXXX was granted to Site-███

Suggested actions were to limit interaction with SCP-XXXX, seams reasonable.

END OF LOG

Log nr. SCP-XXXX/c1

One hundred and sixty-eight hours after SCP-XXXX's arrival on Site-███ with limited interactions no changes in structure or personnel are found.

My speculation is that SCP-XXXX needs human interaction to activate it's devastating effects.
If we leave it be, it will be powerless.

Suggested clasification - Safe.
Will continue observation with no human contact for verification.
