Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7223 is to be contained within a 75x75 standard humanoid chamber, due to the anomaly's property, the shape of the containment chamber often varies in color, size, and items that are inside of the containment chamber.
Five cameras and microphones are to be hidden within the corners of its chamber, in case of an emergency, SCP-7223's containment cell is to be locked down and all personnel within range of effect are to be moved and evacuate into a breach shelter as soon as possible.
Description: SCP-7223 appears to be a humanoid figure presumed to be in its late 40's, it is in possession of short combed hair of light gray color, the anomaly seems to be unable to age in longer and is in possession of green colored eyes with no pupils, the anomaly has been in possession of a monocle that it wears on its right eye since its containment.
The main anomalous property within SCP-7223 is its ability to conduct multiple changes to its surroundings, SCP-7332 has been seen to be able to manipulate everything within a 7 meter radius of the anomaly, this being its containment chamber, objects within the range of effect, and foundation personnel within the range of effect.
SCP-7223 is presumed to have full control over its anomalous property and despite this has been seen to modify its containment chamber to its liking, as well as deeming personnel 'imperfect' and changing their shape at will.
