Special Containment Procedure: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a locked refrigerated anomalous object container at Site-73. SCP-XXXX must be kept at a temperature of no more than 4° Celsius. If it is kept out of these temperatures for extended periods of time it will begin to produce an unpleasant odor or smell as if it were rotting but no damage to SCP-XXXX will be done. To access SCP-XXXX personnel must need permission from Level 4 personal or site manager Dr. Reagan.

Description: SCP-XXXX is Medium Rare steak Bovine in origin. It appears to be completely normal with no obvious anomalous traits. It smells and tastes like a normal steak.
SCP-XXXX seems to be completely indestructible to all forms of damage. Attempts to destroy SCP-XXXX have been made in almost every way possible it is to be destroyed. This includes (but is not limited to) natural decay, burning, acid immersion, and even a nuclear detonation.
SCP-XXXX poses a memetic agent that creates a sensation of hunger and entices people to attempt to consume it. However due to its indestructible nature this task is impossible. Subjects will become increasingly agitated as they cannot consume SCP-XXXX and will eventually become violent. This may result in verbal abuse to other subjects. And physical abuse, may this be to inanimate objects or striking surfaces, or directly harming other individuals via punching, strangulation, and even stabbing with sharp kitchen utensils such as knives and forks. Only two cases are known of subjects subjected to SCP-XXXX becoming homicidal, and only one resulting in fatalities. When a subject is removed from SCP-XXXX they will remain under its effects for approximately two minutes before calming down. After an hour subjects will go back to normal generally having no memory of the events.

ADDENDUM-SCP-XXXX-1: Initial Discovery: SCP-XXXX was originally located in a small suburban house in [REDACTED]. A family had seemingly set down for dinner. SCP-XXXX was mistaken for a non anomalous steak. The family became increasingly agitated under the affects of SCP-XXXX. They became increasingly violent. This climaxed in the family becoming homicidal. It is believed the father took the steak knife and dispatched the two children with multiple stab wounds to the abdomen and neck. It is believed he [DATA EXPUNGED] his wife before dispatching her. He proceeded to carve and write symbols and messages into the wall. Most incomprehensible. Some time after this he committed suicide via hanging. Their bodies remained undiscovered for [REDACTED] days. Upon discovery all of the food left out for dinner had spoiled aside from SCP-XXXX.

ADDENDUM-SCP-XXXX-2: Incidents Involving SCP-XXXX: Two D-Class personnel were escorted into a room containing SCP-XXXX. One was instructed to eat SCP-XXXX while the other watched. The D-Class instructed to eat SCP-XXXX known as SCP-XXXX-1 quickly fell to the effects of SCP-XXXX and became violent. He picked up SCP-XXXX and proceeded to attack the other D-Class subject , SCP-XXXX-2, using SCP-XXXX as a weapon. Security personnel then entered the room restraining SCP-XXXX-1.

SCP-XXXX: I don’t know my guy, it's like it talked to me with like, its mind.
Dr.████: Your saying the steak spoke to you?
SCP-XXXX-1: Yeah with his brain. His voice was inside my head, like what is called. Tele-something.
Dr.████: You mean Telepathy.
SCP-XXXX-1: Yeah like with the Wizards

Dr.████: Do you remember attacking your friend in the chamber?
SCP-XXXX-1: (surprised) I did?
Dr.████: Yes you attacked him with the steak

ADDENDUM-SCP-XXXX-3: Nuclear Detonation: SCP-XXXX was placed in a steel container approximately ten meters away from a thirteen kiloton atomic bomb. The device was remotely detonated. After 24 hours a team was sent in to retrieve the SCP-XXXX. It was not found at ground zero where the bomb exploded. It was located five miles away undamaged.
