SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES: SCP-XXX Is to be kept in a standard human containment cell at Site-[REDACTED] lined with padded foam panels to trap possible vocalizations from SCP-XXX. The chamber is required to have an internal temperature of -45 degrees Celsius to prevent body movement from SCP-XXX. Locks on the containment chamber are controlled by a terminal in observation room 1-B along with the pressure valve to adjust the chambers internal temperature and require Level 5 clearance or higher to release SCP-XXX for study/testing.

Locks on the containment box are controlled by a terminal in observation room 1-B along with the pressure valve to adjust the box’s internal temperature and require Level 5 clearance or higher to release SCP-XXX for study/testing. The surrounding chamber is to be padded with foam panels to trap possible vocalizations from SCP-XXX.
DESCRIPTION: SCP-XXX Is a humanoid entity standing 1.5 meters in height and has a weight of 71.1 kilograms with the build of a slim male with an average amount of muscle mass and a Caucasian skin-tone, strangely however, examination of SCP-XXX's body reveals a brand on its neck with a symbol and Japanese symbols which reads いえう translating to, "Imprison.Experiment.Utilize.". SCP-XXX has large hands measuring 45.5 cm from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger, although its feet appear to be normal size. SCP-XXX has no visible mouth, nose, or eyes though scans reveal the entity does contain a human skeletal structure and internal organs. - Minor muscle spasms throughout the body

- Intense Tinnitus (Rare cases of permanent hearing loss/tympanic membrane perforation)
Symptoms of its vocalization have been recorded to last 1-2 minutes after the sound was heard. SCP-XXX is able to contort its body to far past human ability and has been observed to be able to fit into spaces as small as a [REDACTED], despite this, SCP-XXX’s bones structure seems to be extremely flexible allowing the skeleton to contort in tandem with it’s outer tissue and when damaged, SCP-XXX is able to quickly regenerate destroyed bone or tissue. It was concluded that SCP-XXX enjoys to toy with and hunt any mammal (particularly humans) purely for sport and the action contains no beneficial value to the entity survival wise. SCP-XXX’s mental intelligence is yet to be concluded fully, but it appears to have the mental capacity of a primate, although in some cases SCP-XXX has been shown to remember specific actions and has been able to replicate them, such as when it memorized The surveillance cameras line of sight patterns and the procedure of containing it when it observed Dr.Green re-containing it in its cell after testing. eventually causing breach of containment due to SCP-XXX unlocking its own containment chamber causing it’s containment procedures to be reevaluated and rebuilt to prevent a second breach. (See Addendum log 10-A2) Other signs of a higher mental capacity are the entity humming a song that it heard on the radio of one of the facility guards outside its chamber.

Agent Sanderson is heard out of frame standing up from a chair then comes into frame as he is seen approaching Dr.Green
Agent Sanderson: You almost finished Doctor? I'm freezing in here and we ain’t even in that things chamber.
Dr.Green: I'm cold too Agent you can endure it for a little longer, I just need to check the chamber camera and then we are free t- wait…why isn’t it-It's breac-hed…? But, Bu- no damage to the cell I… Agent cover the door. I'll alert everyone else!
Agent Sanderson: Got it.
Agent Sanderson steps out of frame to guard the door and Dr. Green is shown running to the intercom in the room, rustling is heard from one of the lockers
Intercom: Attention all personnel SCP-XXX has breached containment! Requestin-
One of the lockers in the room swings open, SCP-XXX appears folded inside of it. It proceeds to exit the locker, adjusting its neck to look at Dr.Green and Agent Sanderson. The entity emits a loud muffled scream causing Dr.Green to stumble and for Agent Green drops his gun and cover his ears, leaning against the closed door. SCP-XXX Rushes towards Dr.Green wrapping its hand around his face and throws him at the camera. Video feed cuts off and audio is heard of screaming and gunshots. SCP-XXX then opens the door, and kills 9 guards on their way to the observation room along with 2 Janitors and 10 Scientists.
SCP-XXX was re-contained soon after by M.T.F Epsilon-11, an order from the 05 council states that an overhaul to SCP-XXX’s Containment procedures is needed to ensure no more containment breaches. Casualties from Incident XXX-1-A total 23 Personnel, including Dr.Green and Agent Sanderson.
