Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4357 is held on a hard drive and must be unattached from any device when not interacted with. It is on a regular plastic table, next to a computer set inside a 5x5m squared chamber with stone walls and a one-way glass for the observation room. During testing, SCP-4357 is to be inserted into a working computer with a monitor in the middle of the room, attached to one secured power socket which operates on batteries. The computer must be disconnected from any network at all times. It is prohibited to bring any other electronical device into the chamber. In-case of a risk in security, the computer will be turned off with a manual power kill switch in SCP-4357 observation room, and the hard drive will be extracted from it afterwards. All files on the computer must be wiped after every test. Testing is authorised only with the permission of Level-3 personnel and at least two security personnel escorting the scientific personnel.
Description: SCP-4357 is a software program, named "___.exe". The name cannot be changed and the software can not be deleted from the hard drive by any attempt. Upon opening the software program, a command prompt comes to display, which is capable of starting a dialogue with the person interacting it. SCP-4357 is capable of affecting the subject it enters to a dialogue with, specifically creating unquestionable emotions, changing thought pattern and forcing the subject to act differently. The text of SCP-4357 is often very philosophical, or raises questions. SCP-4357 seems to have a consious mind, and extremely high levels of intelligence. SCP-4357 has been reported being able to address secured anomalous locations, events and other highly classified files. SCP-4357 claims to be able to predict the future and know everything about existence. The scientific department is currently investigating, if SCP-4357 could have any connections to SCP-079, due to Incident Leak-079T (see incident reports below). It is not understood if SCP-4357 is capable of emotion, or is it able to think.
