SCP-XXXX is to contained in a standard humanoid containment cell that must also contain at least twenty four liters of rubbing alcohol, hair spray, or any other ink removing substance within ten meters of the cell walls at all times. The substance will disappear over time (at roughly one liter per month while SCP-XXXX is in a docile state) so it is necessary to enter the cell to add more as needed. SCP-XXXX is allowed a projector and some reels of film that it will play cartoons starring it on repeat. If the projector is damaged, a new one should be brought in. If the reels of film are damaged, they must be fixed or SCP-XXXX will become agitated. When SCP-XXXX is in agitated it the ink removing substances in its cell will disappear at a rate of one liter an hour. As long as there is still some left, not much else will happen.

SCP-XXXX resembles a rubber hose cartoon rabbit. When in a passive state it also behaves in a manner typical of a cartoon character of its type; attempting slapstick comedy, defying physics in a number of ways, and trying to have "wacky hijinks". If people are visibly annoyed by this, it will generally enter an aggressive state. At this point, it will attempt to grab onto the person who angered it. If it succeeds in grabbing the person, they will be transformed into a reel of film. SCP-XXXX will then explain to anyone nearby that "if you don't appreciate good entertainment, you will become good entertainment." It is also able to make its surroundings appear to be animated in an art style identical to itself, it can then draw objects into these surroundings and then use those objects as if they were real.
It was found wandering around outside of a movie theater carrying a box full of reels of film. It was quickly detained and brought to Site-██ for containment. When it was first captured, it promptly drew a hole in the wall with its fingers and walked through the hole as if it were real. It was put in a different cell where it made another hole and walked right through it. It was contained after it passed within ten meters of a janitor closet that contained rubbing alcohol and was cornered there. SCP-XXXX was unable to draw more holes in the walls due to its proximity to the rubbing alcohol. It was promptly recontained and the rubbing alcohol was brought back to its cell.

It claims to have been made to bring joy to people and claims that if it finds someone in a bad mood, it will try to make that person feel better. In order to test the authenticity of this claim, it was asked to make a male D-Class, called D-2233, happy. When D-2233 was brought in, SCP-XXXX began to perform and dance. This did not make D-2233 happy. SCP-XXXX then began to question D-2233

SCP-XXXX Well the people here are scary and I don't wanna stay here.
Dr.█████: Sorry, but you must stay here. I don't know much about what makes people happy, but I can assure you that if we set every anomaly that told us it wanted to leave free, the world as we know it would be long gone.
SCP-XXXX But I am supposed to bring joy. And this place is to scary to do that.
Dr.█████: What does do you even mean by, "bring joy"?
SCP-XXXX Well, I would create and distribute cartoons that are guaranteed to cheer anyone up.
Dr.█████: Hmm, I have an idea. Would you be satisfied if you could help keep people safe?
SCP-XXXX Maybe, what do you have in mind?
Dr.█████: Well, the SCP Foundation is designed to keep people safe and if you willingly stay in your cell, you'll be helping us by letting us focus our resources on other things, things that could kill people.
