Cartoonman is a highly dangerous entity that nothing can contain him since nobody could get him to containment. If you do want to contain him he lives in an abandoned warehouse in a forest. If he eats a weapon he will copy it and be able to morph his hand into said weapon. He can mimic a person perfectly. He can also travel between screens and posters at will also he become as big or as small as needed he cannot die.
