Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX

SCP-XXXX-A instances are to be kept in 5x5x5 meters vaults with a humes level as low as possible, ideally 1 Hm, no anomalous items are to enter the vault under any circumstances, all information entering the vault must be approved by one (1) member of the O5 council, failure to comply will result in severe disciplinary measures.If the humes level is above 10 Hm it is to be considered a containment breach and suitable protocols are to be activated. SCP-XXXX-A instances discovered are to be kept at Site-2█, each SCP-XXXX instance is to be stored in a separate vault and are not come into contact with each other under any circumstances.

Cross testing involving SCP-XXXX-A instances requires Clearance Level 4/XXXX, a detailed description of the test is to be submitted and approved by five (5) members of the O5 Council. Cross testing involving other SCP-XXXX-A instances or SCP-XXXX-B instances requieres Clearance Level 5/XXXX, a detailed description of the test is to be submitted and will require unanimous approval from the O5 Council.

Any subjects who interacts with SCP-XXXX is to be interviewed as soon as possible. After the subject is interviewed, the subject must be administered Class-C amnestics and is to be isolated for the following two (2) weeks. Subject is to be subministered only information approved by one (1) member of the O5 Council, and is to be monitored at all times. The subject is too be administered Class-C amnestics every two (2) days while isolated and is to continue to consume Class-A amnestics twice a month permanently after isolation. Any behavior the subject presents while in isolation concurrent with those discovered leading up to Incident-SCP-XXXX-I-94 will result in immediate termination of the subject. If the subject is discovered to have stopped regular consumption of Class-A amnestics or presents any behavior concurrent with those discovered leading up to Incident-SCP-XXXX-I-94, the subject is to be isolated and the previous procedure is to be repeated.

SCP-XXXX-B instances obtained are to be initially contained in 5x5x5 meters vaults with a Humes level of 1 Hm on Site-3█. Specific containment procedures for the particualar instance are to be developed and applied as soon as possible. SCP-XXXX-B instances previosly obtained are documented alongside their containment procedures in document SCP-XXXX-I-24. SCP-XXXX-B instances are not to be stored toghether until rigurous testing involving the safety and security of doing so is performed.

Personnel with Clearance Level 4/XXXX or higher must read the discontinued containment procedures.

+ Discontinued Containment Procedures

Foreword: By order of the O5 Council; this containment procedure has been discontinued due to Incident-SCP-XXXX-I-94. This procedure may be reviewed by any personnel, this procedure must be reviwed by personnel with clearance 4/XXXX or higher to understand the events that lead to Incident-SCP-XXXX-I-94.

SCP-XXXX-A instances are to be scattered among foundation sites, prioritizing those without an SCP-XXXX-A instance. SCP-XXXX-A instances are to be kept in a 5x5x5 meters vaults, maintaining a Humes level of 100 Hm. Testing by changing the Humes level requires Level 4/XXXX Clearance and prior approval of site administrator.

Use of SCP-XXXX-A instances is limited to personnel with clearance level 4/XXXX or higher. Personnel comming into contanct with SCP-XXXX are to be interviewed¹ in a timely manner, upon completion of the interview subject is to be administered Class-C amnestics and to be monitored for the following two (2) weeks, unusual behavior is to be reported to site administrator for evaluation and possible administration of extra amnestics.

Use of SCP-XXXX-A for cross testing/application is to be notified to all sites whose SCP-XXXX-A instances are going to be used 24 hours prior, and requires approval of each sites respective director. If the use is being carried out in response to a containment breach of a Keter class anomaly, this procedure may be skipped, any personel will be allowed use of SCP-XXXX-A during this instance.

SCP-XXXX-B instances obtained are to be initially contained in standard containment lockers or a standard containment cell depending on the SCP-XXXX-B instance's size. Specific containment procedures for the particualar instance are to be developed and applied as soon as possible. SCP-XXXX-B instances previosly obtained are documented alongside their containment procedures in document SCP-XXXX-I-24.
