Special Containment Procedures:
Copies of SCP XXXX are to be contained within a secure storage locker at Site-62. Access to SCP XXXX must be approved by one Level 3 Clearance researcher for testing, and testing must be carried out by D-Class personnel. Testing must be monitored at all times by at least two Level 3 Researchers. Any unapproved access to SCP-XXXX will be given Class B Amnesics1.

Any SCP-XXXX-1 instances are to be recorded in a copy of a Merriam-Webster Dictionary or any Standard Dictionary up to the current date, in all recorded languages to prevent any memetic effects to manifest. Access is required by one Level 3 Clearance personnel.

If the language learned is a dead, fictional, or a "new" language (hereby designated as SCP-XXXX-2), all recordings of the language must be kept in a separate dictionary. These dictionaries are to be kept on site inside a secure Safe-Storage room and must require Level 4 Clearance to access.

Description:
SCP XXXX is a collection of ███ discs labeled "Speak the World!", with no company name, phone number or address written on the cover of the disc.

When SCP XXXX in inserted into a PC, a program displays a menu list where an individual may choose to learn a language. Each Disc corresponds to a different list of languages to choose from. Each disc has a short list of languages available on said disc. So far, 9█ languages have been recorded, including dead languages, fictional languages, and languages that have never been spoken or recorded.

Test subjects who open the program will insert the language they currently speak, and will be prompted to choose a language to learn. A series of questions will be given to the test subject, such as what a given word means to them, a conversation between two subjects, or written essays. Test subjects who use SCP-XXXX learn their chosen language at an accelerated rate, being able to speak in the language fluently in less than 30 hours. Subjects who use the program for more than ██ hours will begin making new words for the language, hereby designated SCP-XXXX-1 instances. SCP-XXXX-1 instances are to be recorded in a separate dictionary to prevent its memetic effects from manifesting.

If an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is spoken and not recorded, its memetic effect will manifest. Any person who hears the word

Analysis: Subject is now fluent in English, Swedish, and the Unknown language. This language is now recorded as SCP-XXXX-2-A and has been recorded by D-19676.
