Special Containment Procedures
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber at Site 81's medical bay. SCP-XXXX is to be supplied with approved children's entertainment. Personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX are to wear civilian clothing to maintain a low-stress-level environment.
In order to maintain SCP-XXXX's mental state, following all experiments with SCP-XXXX, a psychologist is to interview SCP-XXXX and administered Class-A amnestics if necessary.
Description
SCP-XXXX is a five-year-old human female of Asian descent. SCP-XXXX has the anomalous capability to cause dangerous wind based scenarios when in distress. SCP-XXXX has been reported physically unaffected by dangers created by itself on all occasions. SCP-XXXX is also immune to all known anti-anxiety supplements.
SCP-XXXX has been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder by multiple onsite psychologists, and
SCP-XXXX has exception long term memory for her age, and has displayed mildly advanced communication skills on multiple occasions.
The dangerous nature of the wind based attacks created by SCP-XXXX vary depending on the distress SCP-XXXX is currently undergoing. These disasters include but are not limited to:
- Cyclones with a wind speed consistent with a severe tropical storm.
- Tornadoes with a scale of F1 - 5.
- Hurricanes with a scale of category 1 - 5.
Discovery/Incidents
SCP-XXXX's anomalous traits were discovered after an incident in a North Korean apartment complex where a F3 tornado formed causing the death of 36 civilians, with 20 civilians reported injured. Despite the scale of this disaster, SCP-XXXX was unscathed.
5 years prior to discovery, SCP-XXXX disseminated a hospital while being birthed. This caused the death of SCP-XXXX's mother and 37 other civilians. SCP-XXXX has dull memories related to this moment, which has been displayed in multiple drawing and interviews. Again, despite the dangers created by SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX was unaffected physically.
