Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is kept in a 5x5 Euclid class residential chamber at site 21. SCP-XXXX-1 is allowed to leave its containment chamber at will and wander the interconnecting community area of level 10 and must at such times be under the strict surveillance by 2 standardly equipped armed security guards who will, when SCP-XXXX-1 is in the confines of its residential chamber, only enter in cases of emergency or suspected containment breach. In actualized cases of the latter, SCP-XXXX-1 will be terminated on sight.
SCP-XXXX-1, if accompanied by Dr Harald Johanson, may access the nearby lab-unit which SCP-XXXX-1 was permitted to have constructed by own design. Upon entering and leaving the lab-unit, SCP-XXXX-1 is to be frisked and may not enter nor leave the lab-unit with any foreign object but 2 cigars and accompanying matches.
SCP-XXXX-1, as a consequence of good behaviour and compliance – which may be revoked at Dr Johanson’s discretion - is permitted a totality of 10 cigars per week and each day at 1600 hours will be served a single cup of tea.
SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX-3 are currently kept inside a security safe found in Dr Johanson's office. In designated sittings limited to 3 hours each day, either or both objects may be accessed at Dr Johanson's discretion and mustn't leave level 11 of site 21. In case that SCP-XXXX-2/-3 are not contained before the end the designated sitting, the security alarm will be engaged and the implanted GPS units will be tracked by security officers. Consequences of SCP-XXXX-2/-3 containment breaches may depend upon infraction circumstances.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a human of a normal build, it is 181cm tall and weighs 78kg. Visually, SCP-XXXX-1 appears to be an Anglo-saxon male in his early sixties but is suspected to be much older and has been noticed by staff to have an acute preference for antique clothing from the latter half of the 19th century.
SCP-XXXX-1 has been described as introvert but seems to be unusually open to Dr Johanson. Perhaps this is a consequence of theirs working together in the lab-unit.
At leisure, SCP-XXXX-1 tends to stay in its containment unit, smoking cigars and taking notes in SCP-XXXX-3 which Dr Johanson thus far had permitted it to retain.
SCP-XXXX-2 is an SCP-standard-issue Voice Recording Unit which is supplied to survaillance operatives. Its data is severly damaged but some of it is intelligible which includes the final known words of survaillance captain Kim C. Wung.
SPC-XXXX-3 is an aged and significantly used notebook with text written in an, thus far, unintelligible code. SCP-XXXX-1 had for sometime been permitted to retain SCP-XXXX-3, which Dr Johanson reported was "a sign of good faith" in the hopes that SCP-XXXX-1 would share its contents. SCP-XXXX-1's SCP-XXXX-3 privilages were revoked and SCP-XXXX-1 has refered to SCP-XXXX-3 as its "life's work."
Addendum:
On November 5th, 2014, due to the suspision of anomolous activity, SCP survaillance operatives were dispatched to verify their existance.
On Dovember 3rd, 2014, SCP survailliance team verified anomolous activity.

This Dr Harald Johansson interviewing SCP-XXXX-1.
The date is 00/00/00/.
We are in interrogation room 15 of site 21. |
|
Why must you each time sound so monotonous? |
| That’s how we do. |
|
I know. It’s like a waltz. |
| Sorry? |
|
No, I just remember my past. |
| Do you remember alot? |
|
There is nothing new under the sun. |
| Nothing? What do you mean? |
|
I want my notes! |
| We talked about that? |
|
We did. I want them. |
At this time,
I present SCP-XXXX-1 with SCP-XXXX-2.
Do you know what’s on this? |
|
You didn’t listen to it!? |
Don’t worry,
we took the appropriate precautions. |
|
I want my notes! |
We believe, as a recording,
it doesn’t have the same effect
as listening first-hand. |
|
I want my notes! I need them! |
| Tell me about the recording! |
|
I need my notes! Why can't I have them? |
The recording Doctor!
Tell me what is on it!
Then we'll see about your notes… |
|
I need them now! |
Right now Doctor!
You need to answer
my questions Doctor! |
|
Please, just… I didn't know it would happen… ok… Are we done yet? |
| Soon. Tell me about the recording. |
|
She shouldn't have listened to it. She shouldn't have. It's all my fault. (Sobbing) |
| What happened? |
|
It was meant for me! Mine! Everything! It was all mine! I prepared for it! |
| Tell me! Doctor, tell me now! |
|
I was at that place… The place where I was… There I learned… They call me khanum… Oh, God, what have I done! (Sobbing) |
| This is Dr Harald Johanson, and I end this interview at 1630 hours. |
|
|
| I am Erik Endringsson on special commission and I am interviewing SCP-XXXX-1. The date is 00/00/00/. We are in interrogation room 15 of site 21. |
|
Who are you? |
I have heard alot about you.
You have caused quite the stir around here. |
|
What do you want? |
I present the subject with exibit A.
Do you remember her? |
|
Karen, yes. |
Agent Wilson, we called her.
She was on mission.
Undercover. |
|
So all that was just…? |
Don't feel to bad, she was one of our best.
Besides, she went rogue.
Quite the man you are. |
|
I want my notes! |
I've heard about that.
I can help, but help me first.
No, help Agent…
Help Karen first. |
|
How? |
She has family. They miss her.
They don't know. Give them closure. |
|
I will tell you. I will tell you what happened to… No.
I will tell you what IS happening to Agenst Wilson. |
| Go on. I will see about that notebook of yours. |
|
I have have a phonograph, and, it, it has a cartridge, it, oh God… |
| Go on, its ok. |
|
The phonograph, it has a wax cartridge. I told her, she didn't listen. I found it at that place, you know, there in Asia. On it is…
You can't hear it. It's like a voice. Karen did. I do now, always…
It is creation and uncreation. It is the voice of a thousand quasars merging into nothing. Then it begins all over…
It is coming and never stops… |
| The voice, tell me about it? |
|
The sound. In my head, it is like, it is like colours, like crimson. So red. |
| Your notebook? |
|
I need it!
Always!
..need it…
Give me! |
I don't understand.
I need you to help me understand. |
|
|
| Your note book, tell me about it. |
|
The sound. In my head, it is like, it is like colours, like crimson. So red. |
| Your note book, tell me about it. |
