Item: SCP-XXXX

Object class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedure: —SCP-XXXX is currently housed at Site 19— SCP-XXXX is currently housed at Site ██. SCP-XXXX is kept in a two room cell, however subject is allowed to freely wander the facility. If SCP-XXXX is accompanied by any XXXX-A entity, they are to be accompanied by a certain number of agents depending on how many there are. If however the entity is accompanied by SCP-XXXX-A-1, SCP-XXXX-A-1 is to be terminated immediately with full lethal force.

The door to SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber is locked by a level █ access card and should be kept locked at all times. One guard should be stationed outside of the containment cells with the required access card, should SCP-XXXX leave its chamber. Walls are to be covered in 30 inches of steel following Incident XXXX-02. Scranton Reality Anchors should be placed next to SCP-XXXX-A No Reality Anchors are to be placed anywhere near SCP-XXXX-A within a 50 km radius.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a male humanoid who appears to be in it’s late-teens. It’s arm span is typical to that of its age group. Appearance wise, SCP-XXXX has no distinct features other than multiple scars throughout its body, messy chin length hair, a dress shirt that has it’s sleeves missing from the shoulder, a black tie and a pair of jeans secured by a leather belt.

SCP-XXXX was recovered from the ███████ police service following the incident now known as the ██████ ██████ Secondary School Hostage crisis in which SCP-XXXX was broadcasted by several news outlets. During the incident, SCP-XXXX was shown exiting the building with one of the perpetrators in its tentacles. SCP-XXXX then [REDACTED] the perpetrator before being taken into police custody. Once the news was broadcasted, MTF Iota-10 (“Damn Feds”) was dispatched immediately, recovering SCP-XXXX from the ███████ police.

All news broadcast, newspaper article and web articles displaying any form of discussion and image of SCP-XXXX’s anomaly, are to be suppressed immediately. The students and teachers of ██████ ██████ Secondary School were given Class A amnestic following the incident. Casualties have been covered up as a previously undiagnosed illness.

SCP-XXXX is capable of activating it’s anomalous property at it’s own will. It’s arms will appear to “mold” into that of a tentacle. These tentacles can span up to lengths of 1 meter to 14 meters. At the same time, the subject's hair will retract into the head, then being replaced by three stiff horn shaped human muscles, all of which protrude slightly backwards from the top of the subject’s head. The subject’s skin will change to a hue of red-orange. Pigmentation of the pupils will be lost completely during this process. Upon research, the subject’s tentacles closely resemble that of the Colossal Squid (Mesonychoteuthis hamiltoni), however the hooks seem to be slightly larger than any currently known Mesonychoteuthis hamiltoni.

Although friendly with foundation staff, SCP-XXXX has had mental health issues prior to containment. To compensate for this, subject is allowed to have a computer, however with certain restrictions implemented. Currently, SCP-XXXX is to be visited by psychiatric personnel regularly.

Incident XXXX-01: On ██/06/2020, an explosion was heard within SCP-XXXX’s containment cell. An MTF squad was sent to investigate the explosion. Upon entering the unscathed containment cell, SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-A-1 were discovered within the containment cell.

Object class: Safe

Description: SCP-XXXX-A is a wormhole located in SCP-XXXX’s cell. SCP-XXXX-A occupies a fixed position and has been artificially made within SCP-XXXX-B. Any matter and energy is able to traverse through the wormhole, light is also able to travel through SCP-XXXX-A although the outline of it is unable to give back any sunlight, there is no explanation for this.

The entities of SCP-XXXX-A are labelled as SCP-XXXX-A-1 onward. Each entity is a parallel universe of SCP-XXXX, most encountered so far resemble SCP-XXXX without the anomalous ability. Of the XXXX-A entities encountered by Dr. Caulfield’s team, most of whom are Humans, Gods, mythical creatures, otherworldly creatures, [DATA EXPUNGE].

Incident XXXX-02: On ██/10/2020, several members of the Chaos Insurgency breached into SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber. Immediately upon arrival, the group entered SCP-XXXX-B and proceeded to forge [REDACTED] weapons before being terminated by SCP-XXXX-A-███. SCP-XXXX’s containment cell was ameliorated following the incident.

Addendum XXXX-01: On ██/08/2020, SCP-XXXX was brought to SCP-999 as per request by Dr.Grey. Immediately after entering SCP-XXXX’s containment cell, SCP-999 began to perform its usual procedure on SCP-XXXX though with little effect.

As expected, SCP-XXXX began playing with SCP-999 though with little joyous expression and more out of curiosity. After approximately 30 minutes, SCP-999 exited SCP-XXXX’s containment cell in an undeterred state and immediately sought out to find other individuals.

Taking this into consideration, SCP-XXXX has been cross tested with other SCPs which all resulted in the anomalous effects having no effect on SCP-XXXX. Additionally, all forms of non-anomalous harm directed towards SCP-XXXX are immediately avoided or are simply unscathed by the entity. Although, this seems contradictory to the bruises surrounding the subject's body, no possible explanation have been proposed yet.

Addendum XXXX-02: After Incident-XXXX-B-██, the order was given to terminate the 99 clones, however upon demonstration on how “99 Caulfields are better than 1” and Dr. Caulfield’s record with the foundation, termination of the 99 clones ceased and the clones were relocated to other sites while others were brought to work under Dr. Caulfield.

Although the foundation currently has 99 clones, in the research log Dr. Caulfield claims to have been cloned █████ times. With the addition to the Caulfield iterations, new name tags were given beginning with “Dr. Caulfield-1.” The original doctor maintains the designation of “Dr. Caulfield.” Additionally, each iteration has a number printed onto the left shoulder blade that corresponds with their designation should the clones ever decide to change name tags again.
