Report's leading to the discovery and evolution
of the Milan Garment Thief are listed down below.
3:22 AM
We have received recent reports of a thief lurking through Milan. No witnesses have been able to spot such thief, but all reports indicate that an unidentified figure has been forcing entry into nearby department stores and clearing out the most valuable garments. No further information.

Reports and emergency calls have been rapidly filing in. The Milan garment thief has been spotted by an individual fifteen minutes before midnight. They are 27 year-old Fredrick Harris. We have not yet come in contact withFredrick Herris, but are planning to do so as soon as possible. No further information.
6:46 AM
We have spoken to Fredrick Herris. They were hesitant to comply with our questions at first due to their current state of intense unease, but after 3 hours of interrogation, we have reasons to believe that the Milan garment thief is closely related to that of a 6 foot long slug-like-being comprised of an array of stolen garments. No further information.
2:16 AM
We have received a new report on the Milan garment thief. The new witness, 17 year-old Louise Ferris, has stated the creature has grown considerably in size. We understand the Milan garment thief is now currently related to that of a 9 foot arachnid-like-creature. Louise Ferris described it as a subject comprised of recently stolen clothes racks and large arrays of unpaid garments. It was reported to have been spotted lurking in the back alley's of the local Macy's department store. No further information.
12:07 AM
A new report has been filed against the Milan garment thief. The report was made through phone line by 52 year-old Enid Rogers at 11:22 AM. They reported the creature has grown once again in size and now states that it seems to have become hostile in behavior and appearance. The creature is now described as a 10 foot-long arthropod comprised of stolen mannequin limbs, clothes racks, and garments. Enid Rogers reported that the creature was spotted scaling the outside of the Oriental Mall, shrieking unintelligible wails that were closely related to that of radio wave cracks. No further information.
10:55 AM
We have received a recent fatality report. 19 year-old Gareth Jones was reported to have been found dead outside the east entrance of the MSGM clothes store on Via Broletto & Via del Lauro, 20121 Milano. The autopsy states his innards had been mauled and pulled from his abdomen by multiple small needle like fixtures. The innards were left stringing out from his body, but otherwise intact and still connected to him. Due to the evidence, we have reason to believe this was the work of the gradually growing in size and hostility, Milan garment thief. No further information.
1:10 AM
Due to several more similar fatality reports, we have come to the conclusion to take the Milan garment thief into custody for being a suspect of the 5 murders of innocent individuals. After 2 hours of scoping central Milan, we eventually tracked the Milan garment thief to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The creature has now grown 13 feet in length and is comprised of the same materials as stated from the last report. The capture was difficult and tedious, but it has been safely secured with a little less then a dozen fatalities of our own men. No further information.
Physical Description
The Milan garment thief is a 13 foot long chilopoda-like creature comprised of basic clothes store materials. It uses various mutilated mannequin limbs and broken metal garment racks as means of limbs. It's body is comprised of an array of priceless garments all varying in price, but all exceeding the limit of 200 hundred euros. The subject also seems to have a face similar in description of the murder victim's autopsies. It's mouth is composed of several dozen hangar hooks and appears to have a set of very small but bright red eyes peering through two folds in it's face. Due to the subject's hostility though, we have not yet been able to discover if the garments serve as it's body or as a skin-like armor.
Behavioral Description
As stated before in previous reports, the subject is exceedingly hostile, but through multiple experimental trials, we have come to discover that it is in fact sentient and possess the ability to speak. It's voice sounds like a clogged engine hum, but is otherwise slightly intelligible. It has not yet complied to answering our questions about it's origins, but we have been able to understand that it has several demands in terms of care and living space.
Through interviewing it from a distance, we've come to understand that the subject requires a constant replenish of expensive garments. The subject seems to shed it's old clothes like reptilian skin and replace it with the newly provided fabrics. It sheds about every 6 months and costs us over 3 million euros a year to provide it with new clothes. In the few cases that we have denied the subject of new garments, it will give a violent and sudden tantrum and mutilate the nearest organisms with it's teeth as seen in report no.6.
Through conversation, we have also come to discover that the subject enjoys burying itself in large heaps of fabric, (preferably expensive chiffon and silk), and is more prone to activity when kept in the dark.
The subject does not act hostile when kept content in terms of living space and constant provided fabrics. If the subject is provided it's demands, it will concur to answering questions or even allow up-close observation. *DO NOT LIFT SUBJECT'S GARMENTS. THIS WILL LEAD TO VIOLENT MUTILATION.*
The subject does not seem to need any basic needs such as food or water, but it does very rarely sleep.
Containment Description
- For the safety of others, it is valid that the subject is provided with large heaps of fabrics and garments of all sorts during it's time of shedding and when they are requested. Refusal will lead to violent dismantlement.
- Keep subject in dark when possible. The subject will become less dangerous and more complying when this is done.
- Do not attempt to lift the subject's garments. It appears to be a very shy organism and does not appreciate physical invasion. Such acts will lead to intense harm or death.
