Special Containment procedures: object is to be kept in a 4cm by 15cm velvet lined wooden box of German origin. Box is to be kept in standard containment locker at site-■. Level-3 access or above required for testing.

Description: objects appears to be a standard 1920s Junghans chronometre galonne cased pocket watch with the inscription " So kannst du mir immer bei der Arbeit zuschauen." When viewed by person of non-German origin, the watch appears as a standard watch. When a person of German origin views the object, it appears as normal except the face is replaced with an image of the globe as viewed from 3725km away, providing a full view of earth. Watch face can be interacted with by persons of German origin in a way of touch screen, though xray imaging shows standard internal components for the watch design.

Image can be interacted by zooming-in by standard use of two fingers. Description by researcher states that the image on the face is a real-time view of earth that can be zoomed to view anything on the earth. When view is blocked by the roof of a building, increased zooming will by pass any physical barrier to allow view of inside building. Testing has shown that nothing is visible to the naked eye at the point of viewing from anyone, including those of German origin, but thermal imaging shows that point of view location has a 3cm by 3cm orb of warm air that is presumed to be the "camera" or point of view origin.
