Direct and prior permission from one (1) faculty with level four or higher clearance is needed for the SCP###'s removal for any tests. SCP### is not to be worn for any reason other than testing (see the incident on Halloweens in Addendum below).

Description: SCP### is a simple terracotta mask, large enough to fit the typical adult. SCP### cover the entire face of the wearer and has no eye, mouth, or nose holes. Additionally, it lacks any straps or other means to keep the mask on ones head, other than its special properties. The mask in its resting form depicts a frowning face of indeterminant gender. In its fully fed form, the mask depicts the screaming face of its last meal.
