SCP-4189 appears to be a caucasian male, standing around 6 feet tall, in relatively fit condition. He appears to be wearing an outfit identical to the uniforms worn by Nine-tailed fox troops. He speaks with an accent from somewhere around the mediterranean, in a cold, emotionless tone. SCP-4189 appears to have much more endurance than normal humans, and can survive multiple bullet wounds. If SCP-4189 is killed, he will and SCP-4189-1 will simply teleport to another elevator shaft. SCP-4189 is almost always seen in SCP-4189-1 which he never appears to leave. After someone has entered the elevator, SCP-4189 will ask calmly which floor they would like to go to. While they are riding, music resembling a keyboard will begin to play, seemingly coming out of SCP-4189 himself. If anyone inside the elevator make eye contact with SCP-4189, he will start to get agitated, although will not lash out. SCP-4189 will get incredibly agitated if the current occupants of SCP-4189-1 loiter for too long and do not vacate SCP-4189-1 at their specified destination, or attempt to control SCP-4189-1 themselves, and will start yelling. If he becomes agitated enough, he will start screaming at incredibly loud volumes, which may damage hearing. A weapon resembling all weapons given to NTF personnel will materialize in his hand with seemingly infinite ammunition. He will then begin shooting anyone in the elevator while screaming and roaring incoherently and will not calm down until everyone in the elevator has either left, or died. After that, SCP-4189 will return to his previous docile state, and will remain in it until someone agitates him again. SCP-4189 appears to have a limited vocabulary, and if he hears phrases not pertaining to the usage of SCP-4189, he will simply respond that he does not accept tips, and repeats this if they keep pressing, although he will become more agitated. Repeated tests have shown that no SCP seems to be able to register SCP-4189's existence, rendering his ability as a means of termination impossible.
SCP-4189-1 is an elevator that is identical to other elevators around site [REDACTED], and appears to take their place while transporting the normal elevator to a sort of pocket dimension through unknown means. The elevator must not have any personnel in it at the time for SCP-4189-1 to take its place. The elevator can go to the same floors that the previous elevator can go to. Personnel and D-class who make it out of SCP-4189-1 will report feeling empty and depressed, although whether this is due to SCP-4189-1 or SCP-4189 is unknown. Using SCP-4189-1 appears to cause lasting trauma and PTSD. If 5 trips with at least one person are not made a day, SCP-4189-1 will transfer to a new location. SCP-4189-1 appears to be tied to the facility in some way, and will not materialize in any elevator shafts outside of it.
Special containment procedures: SCP-4189 must be monitored at all times when possible. Personnel who enter SCP-4189-1 must respond in a calm, non-threatening tone while making as little eye contact as possible, and must only answer questions asked by SCP-4189. It is not recommended to attempt to make small talk with SCP-4189, as most of the time he will not understand. SCP-4189-1's location must be clearly marked with warning signs when located. All elevator shafts in Site [REDACTED] must be monitored and logged at least once a day. SCP-4189-1 must be ridden at least 5 times a day to keep it from transporting to another shaft. SCP-4189 must not be attacked, as it will result in death and the relocation of SCP-4189-1.
All information is based on eyewitness accounts, as SCP-4189-1 seems to have an EMP effect on all recording and monitoring devices brought inside it, rendering them useless.
