Homing Simpsons (By chaoscomedy)

SCP-(yet to be numbered), "The Homing Simpsons" Class: Euclid
Cognitohazard and Interdimensional
The Homing Simpsons ("THS") were a set of 6 surface to air nuclear ICBMs (Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles), though now only 4 Homing Simpsons remain intact at the time of this report. On the right side of each Homing Simpson, there is a yellow cartoon humanoid face painted on to it. This face appears to be a distorted, disturbingly misdrawn version of "Homer Simpson", a popular cartoon character from the 1989 American family sitcom, "The Simpsons".

This does not make sense, as the first ever episode of the Simpsons was broadcasted on December 11, 1989. Meanwhile, these SCPs were discovered in the year 1964, roughly 25 years before the show first premiered on television.

The Homing Simpsons are to be frequently transported from site to site, never having a fully set home, under fears that any containment breach from the site they are currently settled may cause the activation and possible detonation of one of these missiles. The O5 Council are currently debating amongst themselves whether or not to build a new site, just so that there is no possible way that these missiles could be activated by something like [REDACTED].

The Homing Simpsons were found in a US military base in [REDACTED], Kentucky, in the year 1964. This military base was used as storage for various different kinds of nuclear weapons and the foundation was contacted by General [REDACTED], telling them that there was no military document of them ever being there. As far as the US army knew, these 6 nuclear missiles just showed up one day in their storage and had been there for about 2 days. It is still currently unknown how the missiles got there, and there are no reports of anyone witnessing how they arrived.

All televisions within a 1989-meter radius will suffer from signal interruption. Turning on a television screen within this area will show nothing more than static and play a slowed down, lower-pitch version of the Simpson's theme song. Those who listen to it almost always become tired, irritated, unreasonable, childish and complain of splitting head pains.
