Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 4x4 metre reinforced concrete cell. A steel hatch is to be in place 5 metres above the centre of the cell. The hatch is to be sealed unless said otherwise by a level 4 major researcher. Two security guards are to patrol the perimeter. Checks on the state of the cell are to be carried out weekly. If any damage is found, SCP-XXXX is to be transferred to a identical cell, using procedure-SCP-XXXX-A. (see addendum with the same name.) Cameras are to survey the cell from any angles 24/7 and are to be monitored for a specimens of SCP-XXXX-2. If no specimens of SCP-XXXX-2 are found at any point, all available security teams are to be deployed to search for and recover SCP-XXXX-2 to stop SCP-XXXX from being activated into a hostile state.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a usually docile but sometimes hostile entity. It resembles a humanoid entity, approx. 2 meters high. SCP-XXXX is instantly recognisable with no facial features and a body that looks "like living static" almost always, SCP-XXXX will be near (In a 4 metre radius) SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 is a digital camera approx. 10cm by 5cm by 2cm. Upon a photo being taken anyone in focus of the camera at the time of the photograph anyone in the photograph at the time of taking it are to be designated henceforth as SCP-XXXX-3. within 24 hours of the photograph being taken, all cases of SCP-XXXX-3 will be found dead, brutally murdered. With all murders, a copy of the photograph will be found. The foundation has confirmed that SCP-XXXX is the murderer. SCP-XXXX was recovered on 11 June,████ by MTF-[REDACTED]. The operation itself is highly classified. SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-2 are known to have teleportation abilities, although SCP-XXXX's are only activated by the taking of a photograph whereas SCP-XXXX-2 is random. When SCP-XXXX has entered a hostile state, it emits a low screeching sound, and will teleport to kill its first victim.
Addendum: procedure-SCP-XXXX-A (updated)
SCP-XXXX is to be restrained and its face covered. If it is non-compliant, (see addendum-1,) it is to be submerged into slightly alkali water. This was found to be useful after testing. (see testing log-2.) If SCP-XXXX is compliant, it should be walked easily. If it had to be submerged in the alkali, a forklift or airlift is authorised. SCP-XXXX-2 however, is to be placed in a lockbox containing pressure sensors, should SCP-XXXX-2 teleport. SCP-XXXX-2 is to be moved 30 minutes after SCP-XXXX, following incident-1.
Addendum-1: Incident SCP-XXXX-1
On the █ of August ████, SCP-XXXX was being escorted. At the time, SCP-XXXX was only restrained. (extra precautions have as it was being escorted, it made eye contact with Researcher [REDACTED] who was carrying SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX then broke the restraints and attacked Researcher [REDACTED] with its bare hands. It then attempted to "free" SCP-XXXX-2. Multiple security teams converged on SCP-XXXX. It was contained within 30 minutes using electrical tasers to "short circuit" SCP-XXXX. Researcher [REDACTED] was declared deceased at the scene.

TEST-XXXX-1
Subjects	D-52342, SCP-XXXX
Protocol	D-52342 is given a scalpel and a test tube, then told to approach SCP-XXXX. (who is restrained and blinded.) D-52342 proceeds to take flesh samples for testing.
Results	Using the samples collected, SCP-XXXX is found to enter a "short circuited" state if it come into contact with alkalis.

TEST-XXXX-2
Subject	SCP-XXXX
Protocol	SCP-XXXX was placed in a tank of an alkali substance. the test was to last for 24 hours but only lasted for 5 hours.
Results	as soon as SCP-XXXX was lowered into the substance, it began convulsing for approx. 3 minutes. after it stopped, it was completely unresponsive. as if asleep. Around the 4 hour and 45 minute mark, SCP-XXXX began moving again and successfully breached the tank. It began to attack the researchers present resulting in 3 dead and 2 critically injured.
