Special Containment Procedures: SCP - 3229 is to be kept in a 20x20x8 foot soundproof concrete cell with one 5x5 foot one way viewing window. Routine weekly checks are to be made to make sure that all soundproofing works, all personnel near SCP - 3229’s cell must wear noise cancelling helmets and communicate through radios inside of the helmets themselves. No one may enter SCP - 3229’s cell without special clearance. Anyone who hears SCP - 3229 shall be put in quarantine and will be monitored until given permission to leave.
Description: SCP - 3229 is a small humanoid wearing a gray hoodie, denim jeans and has an iPad covering his face, with its hood covering the back of its head. judging from its hands, SCP 3229 is of Hispanic or African descent.
SCP - 3229 was originally found in a remote town the state of [DATA EXPUNGED] during the election of 2008, however after several attempts at trying to capture the SCP and failing it disappeared until the election year of 2012 when it reapered in a small town in [DATA EXPUNGED] again the SCP escaped.
SCP - 3229 believed that Barack Obama should have been the supreme leader of America, that was until the 2016 election when he came back believing that he himself was Obama, after appearing in [DATA EXPUNGED] SCP- 3229 went on to brainwash the entire town with speeches sounding exactly like president Obama, SCP -3229 had done this before, however this time he wanted himself to be the president.
SCP - 3229 is able to make anyone do what he wants, and any person who speaks to him for a short time believes everything he says. After about half an hour of speaking to SCP - 3229 the person becomes SCP - 3229 - 1 with any more persons meeting this criteria being named SCP - 3229 - 2 and etc. The reason for this is that people who talk to it seem to become mind controlled, acting as if SCP - 3229 was giving them orders. It appears that SCP - 3229 can create a huge hivemind of these zombie like people with himself at its center. This hivemind acts as kind of like an ant or bee colony with all of them having a form of free will but under control from some force to work towards a greater goal, with each member being given a certain role. These SCPs are hard to find in the field and can be rarely detected unless monitored around the clock. SCP - 3229 can speak through these people after hours of exposure as if he himself was talking, if this happens to anyone they will be known as SCP - 3229- I. SCP - 3229 uses these people to spread its hivemind outside of its original sphere of influence.
Any person under the influence of SCP - 3229 excluding SCP - 3229 - I, will slowly lose the mind control effects of SCP 2008 after not being able to directly hear him and or an SCP - 3229 - I speak. SCP - 3229 - I, however cannot break free from SCP 2008’s influence.
SCP 3229 has stated several times that it only wishes to be president and only wishes to spread Obama’s political views however this is most certainly not the case. SCP - 3229 has tried to reinstate himself as a supreme dictator of all and will brainwash anyone it meets. During its most recent occurrence, before it was contained, SCP - 3229’s hivemind was able to develop an actual standing army which would take over surrounding regions and brainwash the population. SCP - 3229 - 1 becomes extremely aggressive if a non brainwashed person is found, any person not brainwashed will be subdued and will be taken to SCP 3229’s location or an SCP - 3229 - I. SCP - 3229 will also become intensely aggressive if someone can not hear it and will try to either attack the person or try to remove whatever is blocking out SCP - 3229’s voice.
