Piper: Sort of tails the GOC in her universe, Foundation and GOC merged in it.
Marisol: In her universe, Gears is a member of the GOC, she interacts a bit with Jasmine Sarahi and Piper.
Jesslane: Eccentric character from the totalitarian state of Greater france. Sort of really shows what aspects of the JOC are variable.
Sarahi: Is the only variable in her universe, all else is head-canon. joins the GOC. Contributes to the General consensus.

Baseline for The TUNA
The Union for Neutralizing Anomalies (TUNA) is a body of governing that holds itself in European and laboriously tasks itself. with the destruction of what it sees as magical, mythical, or impossible. The criteria that the TUNA uses to evaluate normalcy is definitively variable but generally operates under a bias towards anomalies that it sees as dangerous.
The individual characteristics of TUNA are widely variable and seem to be intwined with major historic events that either enable or disable the organizations prosperity. The size, political power, and organization of TUNA's iterations are extremely variable. For the purpose of establishing consciences, i invite you my sisters to recall what you know of what in your world is TUNA.
I know little of what the TUNA is like, only the whispering of the library can my understanding be found within. To that i am told the TUNA has lashed out upon the library. all that there can be found of the vestiges scattered i have recounted. Does father attribute himself to them? I know not, but i'd hold them to plausibility.
Where i'm from, we call the "Tuna" "The United Front", and they are sure as hell don't hold any doctrine of secrecy. They sort of have established world rule in everywhere but the middle-east. I'm fairly sure fathers with them, i don't see anywhere else he could have run too. I'm as clueless as Sister Amari when it comes to there doctrines.
##cyan|I've got a fair idea of what the "TUNA" really is. I know for a fact that Father ran off to them because mother was the one who told me about it. From what i understand they where formed by the League of Nations in the aftermath of the Russo-Germanic war
We haven't a TUNA any-longer. The league of nations fell at the hands of the Leirs administration. I did some digging around the dataverse and found some documents suggesting that the league had at some time prior to its collapse had a TUNA division.
