SCP-XXX “Man is an island”Object class:Keter
Description: SCP-XXX is a large biomass located in the center of the Bermuda Triangle. To the average person SCP-XXX looks like an amalgamation of body parts and flesh that is roughly one square mile. It has been seen that people with intentions of traveling near the mass out of greed will see a gleaming island full of treasure and grandiose, however if subjects do come in within 5 miles of SCP-XXXit they are immediately absorbed into the biomass alive. It is to
be noted that subject will then see the island as it is and try to remove themselves. This is all for not as an entity now known as SCP-XXX-b will come out of the mass and restore the illusion. Subjects on the island will stay alive as long as they are on the island and can not be killed by weaponry as they heal instantly.
Containment procedures: SCP-XXX so to be guarded by level 5 MTF officers at all times. Any aircraft in the area are to be guided 15 miles before they reach the SCP to avoid incident #—— to happen again. If any officers guarding SCP-XXX seem to be affected by its anomaly they are to be shot without question and removed to another facility for further analysis of how SCP-XXX affects the brain.

At thistime all radio communications cut out and officers are extracted “ What the f* is that thing, where did the treasure go, you bastards let me go!”as the boat hits the island subject lurches forward and falls into the island“ It hurts! It hurts! Please let me go it’s too much!”it is at this time that SCP-XXX-b comes out of the mass and falls onto subjects face. subject can then be seen to pass out and is fully absorbed into biomass.
