Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4864 is to be kept in a surgery room with an equal amount of floor tiles and an equal amount of walls. SCP-4864's containment chamber door may not be opened while SCP-4864 is awake. No fewer than 3 armed personnel are allowed inside SCP-4864's containment chamber.
Description: SCP-4864 "the Perfectionist" is a humanoid SCP about 2 meters tall. Subject's eyes are Exactly the same color (Blue) and the exact same size, subject's nose is in the center of it's face, with the mouth right under it. Subject lacks hair.
subject is wearing a white shirt, with a lab coat over it, and light blue jeans. It says that it wears glasses, although they're only a frame of glasses, and cannot help with sight.
SCP-4864 Is usually docile, and spends most of it's day cleaning and fixing it's containment chamber.
SCP-4864 Sees humans as "incorrect" and will try to "fix them". it will use a calm voice, and speak in it's current victim's language in order to give them a false sense of security, so they would get closer to it. when given a subject, SCP-4864 will try to make it's victim "correct",by moving the victim's limbs and organs around. this procedure usually takes around 2-3 hours. When SCP-4864 is done with his victim, it will hang them on one of the containment chamber walls and label it as it's "art" .
SCP-4864 Hates anything that is imprefect. And will try to fix it, For example: a loose screw or a broken chair. SCP-4864 will reach behind it's head, and when it's hand comes back down it will be holding a tool that will help him fix an object, or a human being. How SCP-4864 gets these tools is still unkown.
SCP-4864 Can trick people into doing certain things for him, if they are close enough. Recorded incidents include: a video of SCP-4864 tricking a Guard to get closer to his cell. after that, SCP-4864 told the Guard he should bring him a living test subject. The Guard brought him a Class-D, and then attempted to bring him a fellow Guard.
A different video, of SCP-4864 making a scientist think it is asleep. The scientist went into the containment chamber in order to move around chairs and see if SCP-4864 notices it when it wakes up. The scientist was later found in SCP-4864's containment chamber, hung up from the wall. After reviewing the body, it was clear that the body was of ██████ ███████
