Info - SCP-4000 is yet not known to be neutralized or not, but cases slowly stopped of its existance, yet again ita not confirmed. The fenomenon must be monitored at all times, even if its not acting. Its a threat to the world and possibly who is outside.
[Description] - SCP-4000 is not a concrete entity or place, its a fenomenon that causes people to fear death, and feel insecure of everything. It does not seen bad for now but eventually the chances of death and the urge of the world to kill the person increases, everyone that comes in with 2 meters of the person will be infected and have the same issues. But the efects take about 4-5 hours to occur. Its not known how it happens or how it manifests to non infected subjects. SCP-4000 is an ambush and surprises the foundation of what its capable of.
[Special Containment Proceddures] - Its impossible to actually contain SCP-4000, the only thing the foundation can do is observe and keep monitoring cities and villages, staying 2 meters away from every individual and have 10 helicopters monitoring big cities and 3 on small cities or villages, if they manage to localize an infected user they must terminate it with fire. Everyone in the area will also be terminated with fire
[Addendum] - SCP-4000 is a world threat and could cause an XK-End of the world scenario, and the foundation os aware of its danger.they can only hope that they proceddure works, or world is gonna be terminated by this anomaly
