Its vitals must be kept in condition and chemicals must be administered constantly to keep his mood neutral. In the event of a mood swing, personnel are to activate the gravitational-field technology held in the cell with sensors to correctly counterbalance the waves produced by XXXX. In the event of XXXX awakening and using full force, sedatives are to be used. In the event of a containment breach, XXXX is assigned 'shoot-to-kill' status. If there are no current options to incapacitate the subject, Site-99 is to be informed, while
Site-88 goes on full lockdown. Personnel are to equip special exo-suits that protect from the gravitational waves produced by XXXX.

Description: XXXX is a 1.67 meter tall humanoid highly similar to Homo sapiens. The subject has short, white hair, brown skin, and brown eyes . XXXX is typically seen wearing dark clothes. DNA results show XXXX is a similar carbon-based humanoid, with a similar evolution pattern to Homo sapiens, according to XXXX. XXXX shows average intelligence, however has diverse passion and knowledge in interstellar travel. The subject's hair grows depending on unknown factors, and the sclera of XXXX's eyes turn red and bloodshot when it is in a hostile state. XXXX is currently held in Site-88. XXXX has a symbiotic relationship with XXXX-B, and cannot be reunited with XXXX-B.

Reference: To date, XXXX is responsible for the deaths of 7 Class D personnel and injuring 39 staff members. XXXX has a weakened control over gravitational waves, able to create an expelling field within a radius of 100m. The following is a detailed description of the discovery of XXXX.

Subject was found in a crash-landed escape pod of seemingly alien technology. Crash site was nearby a confidential prison in Port St. Louie, with no confirmed civilian witnesses. After field agents broke through the thick metal, XXXX was found comatose. After being brought to Site-88, XXXX was taken to the basement to ensure he was not dangerous when he woke up.

XXXX arrives at Site-88 on 07/20/2004 at 1940 hours.

After waking up in the basement of Site-88, XXXX shows obvious signs of confusion and distress. XXXX spoke in an unknown languages, but language analysts discovered it had a similar grammatical and phonetic resemblance to German.
After some questioning, XXXX shows clear distaste for what it has learned of the foundation. XXXX responds harshly to the next scientists who arrive, and appears to warn the staff.
The staff continues their diagnostic tests, and XXXX shows increasingly hostile behavior. XXXX's hair grows an inch longer and the sclera of its eyes turn a bloodshot red.
Within an instant, all staff surrounding the subject are thrown away from him with astounding force. Three scientists died upon impact with objects in the room, while seven other personnel were injured at varying levels. XXXX approaches two nearby survivors and applies a similar force to them, crushing them against the ground. XXXX makes its way to the ground floor of Site-88, having blown any doors in his way down. Staff who attempted to stop the subject were injured or killed.
XXXX leaves the facility, and MTF Sigma-45 are deployed to retrieve or subdue it.

Following the events of Formal Report MTF Sig-45 [cross-ref:documentXX.XX0.721], XXXX is separated from XXXX-B, retrieved, and is sent into cryo-stasis with a temporary monitoring cell.
Shortly, a specialized cell was built to counteract the expelling field of XXXX.
Through the monitoring of XXXX's dreams and moods, we have learned of the existence of another of its kind, however it is clear they hold hatred and contempt against each other.

We have made monumental progress on discovering and halting the abilities of XXXX, however through our thorough examination of its emotions and brain waves, we have learned of the existence of another being of XXXX's species, with a similar ability to XXXX-B's in this solar system. If we can pinpoint the location of it, we are researching ways to utilize XXXX's gravitational manipulation to bring it here, and apprehend it. We are also undergoing trials of bonding XXXX-B to another host, in our case, an agent of MTF Sigma-45. We believe he fits the physical and intelligence demands that this symbiotic relationship would toll on him.
