Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in its cell, a 3.5m x 3.5m x 3.5m metal cube, at all times. There is to be ultra-bright LED bulbs above, and 2 surveillance cameras in opposite top corners of the cell, with security personnel watching the footage at all times.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a figure in the shape of a human measuring approximately 11ft (3.35m) in height and weight was recorded at 0.3lbs. SCP-XXXX is said to look like a human, but very tall and completely black like a shadow. It can only be seen when it is in light. Security personnel describe seeing blurred edges around the SCP, "like it isn't supposed to exist", they were reported saying.
SCP-XXXX is usually completely passive, and spends it's time standing in any corner of the room, and staring into the cameras. However if someone hears, reads, speaks, or thinks of its name, it will suddenly disappear and reappear at the target's position, and then proceeding to stab its hand through the target's body and starts [DATA REDACTED] until it dies. It then returns back into its cell and sits in one of the corners for approximately 5 hours.
Dr. ███ has tried to terminate SCP-XXXX on [DATA REDACTED] but then failed, for SCP-XXXX is very similar to a shadow, and you cant kill shadows.
