Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in an inorganic locker of appropriate size. SCP-XXXX is to be left there with no further testing. SCP-XXXX is to be placed on a desk of inorganic material along with a stack of blank papers, and a standard 3-tier stationary organizer. This desk is to be located in a 2x2x2 meter room made of inorganic material. Two (2) security officers are to stand watch at the entrance of SCP-XXXX's containment. Any security officer at this post must have no knowledge of SCP-XXXX or the anomalous properties of SCP-xxxx. If they are made aware of SCP-XXXX or the effects of SCP-XXXX they must report to site physician immediately for administration of amnesic agents.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a standard 2 hole punch made of cast iron. The first thing noticed by one who uses SCP-XXXX as a hole punch is that it takes considerably less force to use than a non-anomalous hole punch. After the subject has used SCP-XXXX as a hole punch the subject will find the chads (now denoted SCP-XXXX-1) in their pocket. █ hours after use of these chads the subject begins to show signs of a transformation in their skin. By ██ hours the subject's internal organs will also begin to turn into chads which soon causes organ failure. The process by which SPC-XXXX-1 affects the transformation of the anatomy is unknown.

Researcher: N/A

Description: SCP-XXXX was secured in storage locker ███ when on March ██, 2015 it was found by junior Researcher [data expunged] in the junior researcher printing room at site ██. After Researcher [data expunged] used the hole punch he was discovered by Janitorial staff member Alan ██████. No autopsy could be performed, Researcher [data expunged] was entirely transformed upon discovery.

Testing Log XXXX-1

Researcher: Dr. Leopauld Friedburg

Description: SCP-XXXX was fitted with a small tracking device and a portable ██-███ brand video recorder was mounted in its storage locker.

Results: After ██ days SCP-XXXX vanished from its storage locker leaving behind the tracking device. All staff were put on alert not to use any hole punches while SCP-XXXX had breached containment. Senior payroll officer ███████ ██████ reported to security personnel that a suspicious hole punch was in the payroll office.

Researcher's Notes: "It appears that this skip wants to be used. Whether this is due to malicious intent is unknown."

Researcher: Dr. Leopauld Friedburg

Description: SCP-XXXX was placed in a containment cell that is set up like a mock office. Cameras are to watch SCP-XXXX at all times. A stack of papers were set on the desk next to SCP-XXXX.

Results: After the same amount of time had passed as in test XXXX-1 SCP-XXXX remained inactive. Test was allowed to continue for ██ more days. Nothing came to pass during this time.

Researcher's Notes: "I think we can theorize that the skip feels like there is a potential for usage it will wait indefinitely to be used. How it perceives such is still unknown."

Other Notes: SCP-XXXX's containment protocols were updated to replicate this test to keep it dormant.
