Special Containment Procedures: SCP- is to be kept in a standard 5 x 6 meter containment cell at Site-17 containing a bed, a desk, and book, which can be changed out at SCP _'s request, as well as a private bathroom containing a toilet, shower, and a bar of soap. SCP _ should be fed on site-17's standard humanoid meal plan.

SCP-'s cell is to be under constant audio-visual surveillance by two guards, and SCP-'s bathroom is to be equipped with constant audio surveillance¹. The guards should both have a telecommunication device on hand. Under no circumstances should any telecommunication device be used within a kilometer of SCP _'s containment cell, except for in a breach situation as directed below. Should there be a breach in SCP-'s containment, or should SCP _ be seen trying to make a call, the guards in charge of surveillance are to call [REDACTED] in order to incapacitate him.

Description: SCP- is a humanoid male whose between the age of 25-30 years and is approximately 1.75 meters in height. SCP- is capable of making calls to telecommunication devices without any electronic device of his own. If the device has caller id, the call will appear as coming from █████ ██████ with the cellphone number [REDACTED]. The call is accepted, SCP-'s speech can be heard through the phone in a manner similar to a non-anomalous telephone call. Tests and surgical procedures have yielded no logical explanation as to how SCP- makes these calls.
