Item #: SCP-5992
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: Being an object that cannot move, there are no real special containment procedures. Though, any personnel may not stray within 10 yards of the SCP's containment cell, due to it's tendency to pull in its victims.
Description: SCP-5992 is a letter that is about 5 inches in height and 8 inches in length. It will adapt both its exterior and interior depending on who is closest to it. For example, let's say that its victim was a man named Todd, who had just lost his grandmother. The letter would reach into his mind, and find what hurts, mentally. So when Todd would come across the letter, it would be addressed from his grandmother, and it would say that he was a huge disappointment to her and the rest of the family. While he would be shocked and depressed, the letter would make its next move, and hypnotize him into pretty much doing its bidding for the rest of his life. If he where taken under its command, however, he would not have much of a long life at all. This is due to what the letter wants being to destroy all of human kind. This would lead to him capturing other people, and bringing them to the letter. When the letter feels it doesn't need him anymore, it would just take his life force away, and use it to make itself stronger, and take over more people.
Addendum: No personnel or staff may stray within 10 yards because of these risks. If they do, they will be fired, and if they have been taken over by the letter, they will be killed.
