Description: SCP-5021 switches in between two different forms

Form 1 – Form 1 is a black puff of smoke where it can travel thought any form of hole and transform to form 2 at anytime. If this smoke is inhaled by a human they become possessed and then Their Form 2 Will appear

Form 2 – A plane black cat with sharp yellow eyes if touched in this form the Human that touched it will become possessed

The Possessed Human will have exactly 1 year to live before they will die from a unknown illness the possessed human will protect SCP-5021 with their life and treat SCP-5021 as a child talking to the SCP and constantly grooming the SCP. The Human will have to memory of the past acting as a host for the SCP

SCP-5021 can create a hard black substance that Scp-5021 can pass though
