Special Containment Procedures: Twenty foot thick steel chamber 20 stories high. Food in the form of rats is dropped from a 4" diameter chute at the top that is sealed by a heavy 5 meter wide door. Feedings are once a day.
Description: Multiphasic being. When fully fed, being is invisible to adults and teenagers who have gone through puberty. However, they are very visible to children. Appears as a nude woman with tallow floating around her covering her genitals and mammary glands. Severe paranoia that she's being hunted by a black creature and is always on the run. When hungry, being is a black amorphous swarm of unknown composition and biology. It hungers for flesh, and large quantities of it.
Addendum: Use of multiphasic optics can allow adults to see the fully fed form of the creature.

Interviewer: Dr. Harold Kurn
Foreword: Livingston Texas is the site of a mass disappearance. Strangely, only adults were missing. SCP went to investigate. Children talked of a strange woman, naked, except for some floating white fluffy stuff around her body. She seemed scared, according to the children. When SCP arrived on scene, 1/3 of the adult population was left. We didn't figure out it was a multiphasic life form until the adult population was completely missing. Only then did we develop the tech to detect it. After a short battle at a shopping mall church, we took it into custody. In order to interview it we had to feed it until it changed into the docile form.

Dr. Harold Kurn: "What exactly are you?"
SCP-XXXX: "I don't know."
Dr. Harold Kurn: "What is your name?"
SCP-XXXX: "I don't know."
Dr. Harold Kurn: "What were you doing in Livingston Texas?"
SCP-XXXX: "I don't know. I woke up there."
Dr. Harold Kurn: "What happened to the adults in Livingston Texas?"
SCP-XXXX: "The Monster. The Black Monster. It's always chasing me."
Dr. Harold Kurn: "You are the monster."
SCP-XXXX: cries, "That's impossible. The monster is always chasing me, trying to get me."
Dr. Harold Kurn plays a video recording using interphasic optics to show the woman changing into the monster and back…
SCP-XXXX** screams "NOOOOOOOO" and reaches for Dr. Harold Kurn's sidearm and shoots herself in the face. Nothing happens.
Dr. Harold Kurn: "See?"
SCP-XXXX gives a guilty and shameful smile. "I am getting quite peckish.."
