Special Containment Procedures: Site-XX, made up of areas SCP-wing and GOC-wing encircling the area directly under the primary effects of SCP-XXXX, will be maintained by staff bodies selected by their respective organisations and confirmed by their counterparts in the opposite organisation.
Staff bodies stationed at Site-XX will be reduced to minimal levels. Only a bare functioning minimum of security staff will be kept on-site with the rest kept off-site but available, except in the event of an emergency. All staff will be required to have clearance level 3 (or equivalent) or above. All staff must be completely mentally stable, irreligious, not superstitious, and not prone to habits, irratability, pessimism, or nihilism, as certified by the medical departments of both the foundation and the GOC. The foundation's selections for the staffing of this site will meet these criteria, and the foundation will only confirm GOC staff selections where they meet these criteria. All non-staff persons entering Site-XX must be compliant with these criteria, as well as be authorised by both the foundation and GOC administrations.
In the event of open hostilities between the foundation and the GOC, the administrations of both wings of Site-XX are to behave autonomously of their parent organisations until such a time that relations improve, in the interest of the containment of SCP-XXXX.
No unauthorised persons may enter Site-XX or the area immediately surrounding Site-XX within 50 metres. Any unauthorised person coming to within 150 metres of Site-XX must be ordered to turn back via loud speaker or face-to-face. Any unauthorised person coming to within 50 metres of Site-XX must be shot immediately and removed from the area.
No sentient or animal SCPs shall be contained within Site-XX, with the exception of SCP-XXXX-B, who must remain on-site at all times and must not be permitted to leave. In the event of SCP-XXXX-B leaving Site-XX, a member of staff will be told to meet SCP-XXXX-B in his cell, and that SCP-XXXX-B is awaiting their arrival.
