Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX Is to be kept in a small, metal room with sealed off vents, and all glass are to be bullet proof. SCP-XXXX is to always be cuffed to pose no threat, cuffs can be remotely removed and cuffed using a button in the observation room. SCP-XXXX is to be monitored 24/7 and is to remain in containment at all times. If SCP-XXXX breaks containment, Mobile Task Force Sigma-9 is to engage the SCP with deadly force, once knocked down it should be cuffed and taken back to containment.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a captured Chaos Insurgency soldier that is wearing full standard Chaos Indurgency armor and uniform. The uniform can’t be removed from the SCP and the reason for it is unknown. SCP-XXXX is 6’2 is height, weights approximately 160-180 pounds and is highly flexible. SCP-XXXX has been noted as a highly expert marksman, being able to take our enemies with ease. SCP-XXXX also has the ability to absorb damage before taking actual damage. It is said that SCP-XXXX can take 30-45 bullets or 15 high caliber rounds. How SCP-XXXX absorbs the bullets without taking harm is unknown, the foundation hypothesizes that there must be some sort of technology that he has on him that allows him to take said amount of bullets.

Addendum:SCP-XXXX-1: Due to the dangers of SCP-XXXX escaping and causing mass casualties in both foundation personnel and military, an airlock is to be added to the chamber that has two layers of metal. This is to go in effect immediately.
