Special containment procedures: All SCP-5021 are currently contained in site 58 and should not be moved under any circumstances. Unless by order of at least 3 level 4 personnel. A singular Guard is too remain outside of site 58 at all times and at least 1 level 2 personnel should remain on site at all times. SCP-5021 are allowed too interact with any level 2 or above personnel.
Description: SCP-5021 is a group of 9 human individuals, ages ranging from 15-22, no common attribute has been discovered other than place of living, all with the ability to make anybody do anything, unless that request has amnestic properties, the individual has no clue how to or is completely impossible, by lowering their tone of voice below a natural level. For example if SCP-5021-1 was to say “I can fly.” it wouldn’t be possible as normal humans can’t fly . However if SCP-5021-1 was to say “Dad get me bread.” Even without him hearing he would instantly go get her Bread. All SCP 5021 came into foundation custody on 8/8/19 after SCP-5021-5 became aware of his abilities when he told his parents to commit suicide, promptly making them grab the nearest sharp object and slashing their own throat. After sharing what had happened with police and with the group chat which the rest of the SCP-5021 individuals also were on, it was discovered the 9 individuals on that group chat had that anomalous effect (Later testing revealed that being on the chat did not cause the anomaly it was simply a coincidence). 5021-test-1: SCP-5021-3 entered testing chamber with D-1521-6 and told to say “eat shit” Results: [REDACTED]
5021-test-2: SCP-5021-5 entered testing chamber with D-2749-1 and told to say “tell me how to travel at light speed.” Results: nothing happened. It is theorised that the individual doing said task has to know how to do it.
5021-test-3: SCP-5021-8 entered testing chamber alone and told to say “Jeffrey Epstein commit suicide.” Results: The celebrity Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in his own cell. Even though guards heard his pleas for help nobody came. It’s believed that anyone hearing the anomalous affect of SCP-5021 happen have no wish to stop it and no matter what, will not do anything.
5021-test-4: SCP-5021-1 entered testing chamber with SCP-5021-5 and told to say to SCP-5021-5 “slap yourself”. Results: SCP-5021-5 responded with “fuck off.” It has now been determined that SCP-5021 anomalies cannot make each other do anything.
5021-test-5: SCP-5021-9 entered test chamber with D-1945-2 and told to say “kill yourself” Results: D-1945-2 bludgeoned head against wall until death. SCP-5021-9 has requested therapy (request granted).
5021-test-6: SCP-5021-5 entered test chamber with D-3721-8 and D-8372-1 and told to say “kill yourself” Results: SCP-5021-5 experienced a mental breakdown. SCP-5021-5 Requested therapy (request granted).
5021-test-7: SCP-5021-2 entered test chamber with D-3721-8 and told to say “die.” Results: D-3721-8 collapsed to the ground, deceased. Post-mortem showed that all brain functions ceased.
5021-test-8: SCP-5021-3 entered test chamber with a small canine and was told to say “bark” Results: No change in animal.
5021-test-9: SCP-5021-5 entered test chamber with D-1823-9 who was currently attached to a neurological brainwave scanner. SCP-5021-5 was told to say “cough” Results: D-1823-9 coughed, neurological scans showed a spike in all brainwave functions, tests will be shown to see if this spike caused the death of D-3721-8
5021-test-10 SCP-5021-9 entered test chamber with D-8213-6 who was currently attached to a neurological brainwave scanner. SCP-5021-9 was told to say “die” Results: Neurological scanner showed a complete shutdown of the brain, all electrical signals simply stopped. Testing is currently pending review to be seen if this can be attempted to be turned into a weapon.
Addendum 5021-A: The scientist responsible for 5021-test-3 has been held responsible and has been terminated for his actions. I will remind you that no matter the circumstances, or how much of a “disgusting pedophile” the targeted individual is, you must not allow personal agendas to interfere with tests - Dr. Jones
