Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a humanoid containment cell with walls lined with titanium no less than one meter thick. Constant video and audio surveillance is to be monitored at all times. Guards are to be posted outside and equipt with 40MM rotary grenade launchers, with rounds replaced with rifled titanium, lined slugs, and Special combat enhancement exo-suits developed by XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXX and equipped with EMP devices. in the event of a containment breach, guards stationed at SCP-XXXX cell are to engage in ranged or CQC combat, their ultimate goal to delay SCP-XXXX until the on-site re-containment team arrives. the on-site re-containment team is to use the XXXXXX EMP Rifle developed by Dr. XXXXXX after Incident log X. once SCP-XXXX has entered its start-up sequence, it is to be taken into Temporary on-site holding cell X until repairs can be made to its primary holding cell.
Description: When it's holographic skin and clothing is active SCP-XXXX appears to be a seemingly Caucasian woman standing at 1.67 meters (5 foot 5) with blonde hair, a large area of her bangs on the left side has been dyed Red. she is often seen wearing a Red Crop top. blue jeans, and a belt. SCP-XXXX is sentient and fully understands English and 2 other languages that do match anything found in the foundation's database of languages, which includes publically known languages, and languages learned through SCPs, SCP-XXXX is currently in process of teaching DR.XXXXXXX the two languages.
When it's holographic skin is turned off. SCP-XXXXs Synthetic muscles are visible, however the Skull appears to be missing their musculature, however, it's shown that the movements are emulated by other rotors and motors found within the structure. The lettering A-10 seems to be stenciled onto the skull and scribbled out with what appears to be a permanent marker, and then the lettering A-11 written above it. SCP-XXXX emits holographic skin and clothing that are indistinguishable from their real counterparts. the replication looks and feels real, however, it is simply a light projection. the methods as to how the projection is interactable to touch are a mystery, even to SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX architecture seems to be modeled after human anatomy, SCP-XXXX has a set of "Lungs" "heart", "Stomach", "Brain", "Skeleton", "Kidneys." and "Muscles". a few other minor systems seem to be based on human anatomy, this includes synthetic DD-sized breasts and a set of genitalia. testing confirmed that these genitals cannot produce offspring
Her Lungs and heart seem to be a two-part liquid cooling system that goes all the way through her body, keeping key components that generate excessive heat cool. her stomach has been deduced to be a sort of Bio-Reactor that works similarly to an alternator in a car that keeps her primary power source re-charged, allowing it run for longer than it's power source would have previously allowed. her brain has been described to foundation personnel as a mini supercomputer that is capable of processing data 10X faster than a human. allowing her to see things 10 times slower than the human while maintaining reaction time, however this is done at great expense of her power supply. her muscles appear to be tiny strands of wire that move through its body in the same anatomy to that of a Human Female. these wires are lined with electric magnets that activate and contract together to mimic a human muscle tensing. SCP-XXXXs articulation of its limbs exhibits dexterity, finesse, and precision that has been unmatched by even foundation personnel on performance-enhancing drugs.
SCP-XXXX has demonstrated strength that has allowed it to safely lift a weight of 1814.37 Kilograms (Roughly 2 tons). SCP-XXXX has also shown to run at speeds that have been clocked at 112 Kilometers per hour. which SCP-XXXX has claimed is a "Personal record." speeds were clocked at the Site-XX mile sprint ring.
So far. SCP-XXXX has been extremely cooperative in providing information that it has of itself, and claims that it's aware of its mechanical nature. however, it expresses distress and discomfort in acknowledging this.
ADDITION: SCP-XXXX is capable of producing what she describes to be "Hard Light Objects. she is capable of producing very simply, low poly shapes, like cubes and spheres at the most basic, and the most complex object she can create is a fully functioning whip. however, she has also shown to be capable of producing blades of light and shields. and has shown to exhibit extreme ferocity in hand to hand combat, often lacking form and strategy, but rather to simply opting to overpower her opponent with her sheer strength. Exo suits have been developed by Dr.XXXXXX to allow guards to match her strength and have been shown to be quite successful in subduing SCP-XXXX in hand to hand combat assuming she doesn't use her blades.

Dr.XXXXXX: This is Dr.XXXXXX interviewing SCP-XXXX. Hello SCP-XXXX, let's start with a simple question. where are you from?
SCP-XXXX: if I'm not mistaken I was built by an industry developing incredibly advanced technology known at Titanium Robotics. And… I would also like to say that… i… uhm.. i do have a name… it's Ruby… and I prefer that you call me that, and not…. what the heck was it you called me?
Dr-XXXXXX: your designation is SCP-XX-

SCP-XXXX Then proceeds to produce two spades of red light that take the forms of blades, these blades hover above her wrists. The description document updated.
