Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4920 is contained is a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell Sector: 22 located at Site-34. The anomaly is to receive human contact no more than twice a week and no less than two days apart. SCP-4920 is to be sedated if transportation is required and secured to a Class II Humanoid Harness as well as carefully monitored by no fewer than one lightly armored guards at all times.
SCP-4290 seems calm and collected around SCP staff and often asks questions to anyone in earshot about nationality, ethnic background, and social status. All staff asked these questions are advised to answer with, "That is personal information." SCP-4290 does not react aggressively to this response and has reportedly apologized for "his unquestionable rudeness." SCP-4290 has proven to be dangerous. Precaution must be taken as the specimen has had short bursts of aggression in which an unsuspecting SCP staff worker was attacked and killed. The method of attack was [REDACTED]
A standard 200-page notebook and pen are to be provided to SCP-4290 for research purposes as well as a hidden microphone is its containment cell for monitoring. SCP-4290 has expressed gratitude for the notebook and has never acknowledged the existence of the microphone. The notebook should be reviewed no less than twice a month for updates.
Description: SCP-4290 is a humanoid figure roughly 1.8 meters high and of a slim build. SCP-4290 wears a costume similar to the one worn by Sweeney Todd in the 2007 movie, "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street." The head of SCP-4290 is completely grey and without any facial features. After the SCP was sedated a tissue sample was taken of the grey head to reveal a tissue substance of an unknown molecular structure.
SCP-4290 speaks in modern English and has been heard reciting Shakespeare in 16th century English. The anomaly seems to spend its time orchestrating what is calls, "The Greatest Story on Earth." Although the origin of this story is unknown the story seems to relate to SCP-4290.
Addendum 4290.1 Discovery: SCP-4290 was first discovered trying to sneak into Central Theatre in New York City to while the play, "Hamilton" was being performed on [REDACTED] at 11:00 PM. Security Officer [REDACTED] caught the entity but upon contacted was shocked by the SCP's face giving it enough time to escape. MTF Delta-9, code-name "Boca Raton," was tasked with finding the anomaly. SCP-4290 was found exiting Minskoff Theater leaving the show, "Lion King." SCP-4290 was apprehended and taken to Site 34 without aggression. From initial discovery by the security officer until containment was 14 days.

SCP-4290: Ah, the exposition, a quiet white room is where we lay our scene. A strangle voice of eagerness echoes down its sides. Tell me, oh intricate voice, what do you seek.
Dr. Hayden Floyd: I am asking you a question, do you know why you are here?
SCP-4290: The voice speaks with eagerness, but with cautiousness, why must you tread this conversation so carefully.
Dr. Hayden Floyd: Can you please answer the question.
SCP-4290: I am here… for a crime has been committed, I am the suspect, this plain room is the court, all here is fair. All but you, you are the judge, jury, and executioner.
Dr. Hayden Floyd: Can you tell me why you attacked Mr. [REDACTED]
SCP-4290: I've seen many a thoughtful play, I'm a forbidden soul, I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me. I have dreamed that on one faithful day, lady luck will give me what I desire.
