Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: All Foundation members at risk of coming into contact with SCP-XXXX in any form are required to submit to rigorous psychological testing every day for thirty five days after exposure. If anyone fails the testing, their Article A-1 classification is to be determined and the appropriate response is to be implemented.

The anomaly is currently undetectable at stage one.

At stage two, the subject must have a rod made of pure silver surgically implanted in the right forearm, and so long as it is there, and intact, the effects of SCP-XXXX are nullified, and the subject may return to active duty after two weeks of screening to make certain that the procedure was successful.

If the subject somehow made it to stage three or four, the subject must have a ball, 5 millimeters in diameter, and made of pure silver implanted in the back of the head. This procedure will suspend the process of transformation; however, it does not nullify any current effects. The subject must be placed in a holding cell, and receive psychiatric care, until the subject is deemed fit for duty; however, the subject must have its host entity logged, and will be studied once per week.

If stage Five is reached, the subject must be contained within a cell constructed of a
silver-steel alloy. The subject will be given a SCP designation (SCP-XXXX-3A, SCP-XXXX-3B, SCP-XXXX-3C…)

Description: SCP-XXXX can be divided into three subcategories.

The first variant, SCP-XXXX-1 is often described as a solid shadow bearing a faint resemblance to a hovering human head, but with fire burning within the eye sockets and mouth.

The second variant, SCP-XXXX-2 is described similarly to SCP-XXXX-1, but with a more canid appearance.

Instances of SCP-XXXX-3 are when humans have gone through all of the stages of Article
A-1, and appearance depends upon the subject’s host entity according to Article A-2
