Special Containment Procedures:
At least two Foundation-employed personnel are to be permanently assigned to gaurd SCP-4###. At least one of these personnel is to be stationed within three meters of SCP-4###'s front entrance at any given time and is to be equipped with a handgun and a cellular telephone. Personnel stationed outside SCP-4###'s front entrance are to prevent anyone or anything from entering or exiting SCP-4### by any means necessary. Following any failure to achieve this goal, Foundation officials are to be contacted immediately and provided with both the current location of SCP-4### and a detailed account of the event.

All personnel assigned to SCP-4### are to stand in or near the building at exactly 12:00 A.M. every night, in relation to the current timezone of SCP-4###'s location.

Description:
SCP-4### is an Arcadia Movie Theater Complex with an exterior approximately 2,500 square meters in size, although its interior wildly varies in size. SCP-4### instantaneously relocates both itself and anything within ten meters of it every night at 12:00 A.M. to a new, possibly random location. Anyone living in an area in which SCP-4### appears will believe the theater had always been there and will usually express a strong desire to attend the current showings. Once SCP-4### relocates again, these people will always forget about any and all experiences relating to SCP-4###.

SCP-4###'s film showings and concessions menu change drastically with every relocation, and have little to no relation to movies and concessions currently being offered by any other Regal Theaters. It has been posited that SCP-4###'s selections vary depending on the food and film tastes of its surrounding population. In addition, employees of SCP-4### (which will now be referred to as instances of SCP-4###-1) have never been observed ending their workshifts or leaving the building.
