Special Containment Procedures: The computer with access to SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a secure cell under 24-hour surveillance. Staff with level 3 clearance may have access to the computer. There is no way to locate the server SCP-XXXX is hosted on itself.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a server in an unknown location that can be accessed through a generic-looking Foundation issue computer that belonged to Dr. Q████. SCP-XXX appears to be a replica of the foundation's research and "Tales" on the URL "scp-wiki.net" in a fictional fashion where forum members can upload their own SCP's to make a story, attempts to access this URL on other devices has not worked. Most of the data on the site match what we have on our files, but with some restricted access. It is unknown if this is the only computer with access to it.
SCP-XXXX was discovered when the computer belonging to Dr. Q████ had it's homepage suddenly changed to SCP-XXXX. On the time of discovery of SCP-XXXX, a page was uploaded for the SCP on the site, access to the page was denied by higher ups until the report is finished.
On the site there are guides to creating a Successful SCP. It is also stated that if a post hits -10, it will be deleted in 24 hours from creation. The "Things to consider" involve "Having an Interesting idea", "Reasonable containment procedures" and "A clear description".
We believe that SCP-XXXX resides inside an alternate dimension where the foundation is a Fictional Entity, it is unknown whether the uploads create SCP's or just predict them. Attempts to create an SCP through this site usually result in failure due to negative reception. It is believed that either an SCP has to have positive reception in order to appear, or that SCP-XXXX only predicts SCP's.

Dr. Q████ has requested access to the computer while waiting for a replacement, Request will be accepted.

Previously mentioned access to the computer will now be heavily monitored as Dr. Q████ has attempted to make multiple SCP's for her personal gain under the username ███████.
