Containment Procedures: Due to its ability to enter into arteries, specialised medical equipment must be used to contain the subject, when the SCP has entered the host via a wound or other means there is a two minute window to locate, secure & extract the SCP. However if not done correctly the SCP will realise and attempt to exit the body by any means necessary. In either scenario the SCP can be contained by using clamps to first grab the SCP and then for it to be put into a Galvanised steel container so that the SCP is unable to escape upon transport to a secured holding area
Description: SCP-XXXX is a conscious puddle of what can be related to slime, however this slime like substance is able to ████ ██████ and is said to be highly corrosive and can melt down an individual in a matter of minutes, however the SCP is not only restricted to that ability. The SCP is able to seize the body of any mammal by entering through an open wound and working it's way into the brain via arteries leading to it. In the scenario a wound is not found, it will enter via the mouth or other orifices, If the SCP enters the body and seizes its new host the host's mind and memories become one with the SCP, basically having a two way memory drift in a sense, after the host has been used by the SCP and the SCP has found another, more capable one to suit its needs in most cases the old Host is melted by the ████ the SCP uses but there are documented cases of Class D subjects being left alive by the SCP, and has been said to exit the body by making an exit wound close to where it originally entered.
The Class D Surviving testing are then surveyed by personnel over a two week period, the Class D are seen to have severe insomnia, anti-social activities and are mostly seen at night sitting in the corner of their cells. however after this two week period the Class D return to normal and return to activities.
Shown upon inspection, this two week recovery period for the Class D is actually an incubation process for SCP-XXXX B
SCP-XXXX B is shown to be basically an offspring to SCP-XXXX but isn't able to produce the same abilities as it's parent SCP, SCP-XXXX B is weaker, and more vulnerable to being neutralised. upon a case where SCP-XXXX B was neutralised the carcass of the SCP turns from a slime like substance to a solid block of █████ Medical analysis by Site Doctors upon the Class D show that the both SCPs have left no internal damages to the class D but instead a scar on where SCP-XXXX exited the body
upon testing this █████ poses no threat to Personnel, Class D or anything of the sorts. In fact we have been given the opportunity to use the █████ to rebuild areas where damage has occurred from other testing, this █████ is a lot less prone to destruction than the other materials we used and is a good material for creating ██████
SCP-XXXX is a highly volatile creature always on the defence but containment is relatively easy and the SCP is currently under testing at Site ███ All cases of SCP-XXXX B are contained situations and are used for analysis.
