Description SCP-XXXX is a blind fifty-five year old man capable of drawing anything from the thoughts a person when the question is asked, "How's The Weather Today" when the individual in question replies and the individual thinks of something the SCP immediately begins to draw whatever is imagined. Though this is not considered as concerning to the foundation it has come to the attention of some that SCP-XXXX can do these questions with other SCPs capable of communication. With this in mind SCP-XXXX is an opportunity to explore further information on other SCPs.
