Special Containment Procedures: Shiro can go into the wild to meditate but needs to be guarded by the 9 Tailed fox squad at ALL TIMES! He MUST be contained in a disclosed location in a Japanese traditional house which always has 50 Hydro Nuclear bombs aimed at it from space in case of a possible rage. Shiro is not an instant threat and is actually extremely chill and funny so being locked in a blackened room is unreasonable. Shiro has many friends who come to visit him since he is a normal kid but has extremely large amounts of power.
Description: Shiro is a boy who claims to be 8 years old. His eyes can turn into the form of the “Sharigan” when he is angry (a special ability from the famous Anime film Naruto). He can quite literally snap things out of existence with a click of his fingers. This possible is because he has multiple powers. He can create custom powers at will. Some of which include: “Sexy Jutsu” Sexy Jutsu allows him to morph into a sexy woman, girl, boy or male which he has used on several staff members to humiliate them. His consciousness is what he called the 9 tailed fox; the 9 tails is a massive fox with 9 tails that stands 500 meters tall when summoned by Shiro. He has an estimated of 942 different abilities. The worst of all is the World Destroyer which is a massive black hole that he can spawn which slowly sucks up all the land on earth as it grows bigger when captured he attempted to spawn this but decided not to, luckily… He stands 140cm tall and has black wavy hair, red glowing eyes which display the sharigan. Shiro was seen last playing basketball with some kids, he got into a heated argument with a gang member who decided to try and curb stomp him for his crystal necklace. The gang member threw a punch directly at his head, Shirt grabbed his fist in mid air and looked him in the eye and twisted his hand until it snapped off and turned into a rubber duck on the ground. A group of gang members started shooting their Uzi’s and Ak47s at Shiro but every bullet fired at him was redirected back the shooter killing all of them. When police finally arrived, he had collapsed 4 buildings, left a massive radioactive crater in the ground and killed 497 members of the now completely erased gang called the Speckles. He was found by authorities sitting in the bottom of the crater beatboxing and chewing his nails.

Shiro: Well, to be honest im kinda bored haha

Shiro: PFFFT! “laughs uncontrollably” do I look like an alien to you? haha

** Shiro:** Yes, I’m a human lol
** Dr. █████:** Ok next question, how did you obtain your powers?
Shiro: You mean chakra? Well in that case, I guess it was inherited by me after I was born.
** Dr. █████:** Do you have parents? On earth?
*Shiro:** Nope! My parents are back in Leaf village in shinobi
** Dr. █████:** Next question are you from earth?
*Shiro:** No, if I was from earth wouldn’t that make me an alien?
** Dr. █████:** Uhm uh, well. What kind of powers do you possess? Like what is your most damaging power?
*Shiro:** Watch this, this is the first power I learnt “Begins to create a small electric orb in his palms of his hands” See, this is the weakest one.
** Dr. █████:** Well, what’s your strongest one?
*Shiro:** That would be INFINITE TSUKUYOMI, which is a gigantic tsunami I can create.
