SCP-5678
SCP-5678 is a newly discovered SCP located in small town of Archer Texas in the United States. SCP-5678 is a SCP that takes a form of an old farm house. A newly discovered characteristic of this SCP is that it takes the form of a 12-16 child and lures kids to itself by spreading rumors and to then trap them inside so they cant escape. The SCP feasts on these trapped children's when the body begins to decompose from hunger, madness, and pain. Once they are decomposed SCP-5678 is able to change its shape to be able to lure more children to it. SCP-5678 is considered a virus, just like it virus it will plant itself into the earth in a small town and lure the inhabitance (primarily children) into it and suck out its nutrients. Once the are and its surroundings are gone of nutrients for SCP-5678 it will somehow move into a new area where it will repeat the cycle.
Research have studied most side effects in encountering SCP-5678 include: drowsiness, seizures, falls memories, sickness, brain washing, recurring headaches, nausea.
Origin: Unknown, theories suggest paranormal or alien nominally.
One way it traps its prey is that one anything enters it SCP-5678 has all of the preys memories and shapes itself to trap the prey till decomposing and it eats it.
Right now SCP-5678 is under lock down and is being studied by the SCP foundation and was discovered due to a truck driver finding a 13 year old child bloody in teared up clothes that don't look like he dressed up in them on purpose but it looked like he was attacked by something.
Procedures for this SCP is that it is locked in an air tight makeshift room with thick steel walls so it has no way to escape. Research starts to show that when SCP-5678 doesn't gets its prey to survive it starts to destroy its surroundings for nutrients so once every twelve hour the top layer of the walls and roof need to be replaced by a team of 12 men wearing sound proof suits with oxygen tanks to make sure they don't get distracted or brain washed by SCP-5678. The Crew consists of 2 people on guard searching for unordinary stuff that SCP-5678 might be doing, 3 for sending sign language so they can talk to each other, 4 for removing the damaged top layer of walls and 3 for replacing the new top layers of walls.
If all goes to worse and the replacing team gets attacked by SCP-5678 it is recommended to lock down and do not let anyone escape due to chance of SCP-5678 escaping and causing a major threat to human society.
If a code 6 breach happens it is recommended to call a tactical missile to hit the place obliterating SCP-5678 and the SCP base with everyone inside it. If SCP-5678 escapes it has the chance to do even more worse things than what has already been discovered. From research that has been studied the SCP foundation have concluded that SCP-5678 has been evolving and learning new ways to escape and control more people to live.
SCP-5678 only cares about one thing and that thing is surviving and becoming stronger until it destroys our planet and move to the next one.
